The person with whom I spoke was very rude and sounded pissed off the whole time we were on the phone just a horrible employee fire her because we need better people working with special needs individuals

I have had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with any mental health issues. They are always professional and quick to respond.

I came to Horizon 4 yesterday ago in crisis...after a lifetime of suffering thru mental health issues and the fallout. Four years later I am stable, no longer struggling with suicidal thought, able to get myself through life's ups and downs. Don't get me wrong, I still struggle... but I no longer struggle on my own. I have a whole Healthcare team behind and beside me. I would highly recommend them to anyone with mental health issues.

Don't know what happened over the years but by far the worse treatment services I have ever received. These people that work there should NOT have the jobs they're in

Such a sad place, the front desk are great, kind understanding, but my consular who i saw briefly is unprofessional in every way. In the end after doing the 3 assessments, she told me they couldn't help me with my symptoms, and the consular who referred me there should have know that. So they chose not to help, here I am waiting for some kind of help from somebody, it's come to the point that i just don't go out anymore, complete isolation, of course if i had the funds i could afford the best, but when you don't your stuck with what you get, i do miss the dog who i only saw a couple of times, but truthfully that was something i looked forward to was seeing Loke!

Not impressed with quality of care if you can call what I received “care”. Too busy hassling clients so much so that no recovery work actually happens. Go down the street to CASA.
