Paid hundreds of dollars on September 12 2025 got there a bit early around 10 AM. The nice blonde lady younger I believe her name was McKenna, but I was given another name, Hannah and also Miss Penner so very confusing with who’s who. They were under construction. I was only ordered to take a follow that was court ordered but instead, miss Penner making me sign consent forms that were not obligated to be signed and I made that very clear I had to call and speak with Hannah to get them revoked again because the capable disease consent form is HIPAA. There’s also no cameras in this place I think there should be. They seem to not respect. I was also forced to take a urine test for no reason the first day, but again was only court order to take a following hair 17 panel test.. I went back on the 19 September 2025 to the beacon center again and also took a pee test my Lawyer told me results came back clear still waiting for these results. This place is very suspicious. I’ll be back September 25AM11 am to speak with (John does).

I asked my provider to call me 3 times and did not get a call. It seems they want to get through the appointment and don't care about patient. I'm a real person and they don't get that.

I disagree with the comments I’ve seen here. I went here for 9 months, 12 years ago and they changed my life. I have and still do highly recommend them. If you truly want to get healthy, my money is on Beacon. I attended for alcoholism, drug addiction may be different than my treatment.

I went here a few years ago as a condition of bail after being arrested at a protest. It was sold to me in court as a simple drug test and interview. I tested clean every time yet I was made to come in repeatedly on short notice from work for more testing. After reading other reviews on here I'm almost glad I didn't have health insurance that covered their services lest I was kept here longer. I'm already over 1k of debt with interest from the "services" I received. The counselor was aggressive in trying to get me to admit to problems I didn't have. She repeatedly suggested I had alcoholism after I alluded to a fight I had years before my session. I drink only socially, if at all. Her first draft of an eval for me said as much, and I refused to sign until it was amended to more accurately reflect my drinking habits and the time at which the fight took place. Be sure you read EVERYTHING before you sign any sheet of paper. Not to mention the place is absolutely soulless. The other two workers I interacted with apparently hate their jobs and are so detached from everything that they may as well be zombies. There is no decor, the carpet is disgusting, everything is a poorly lit beige-yellow reminiscent of the surrendered pee this business exists to collect. If you have any choice in the matter, avoid this place!!!

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Go for an assessment and because I drank a beer 3 weeks ago that I need 3 months of treatment. My insurance that only covered 10% of the payment so was done in cash. This is probably why they said I need 3 months of treatment. Absolute embarrassment this place is. This is after they drug screened me twice (past both with no problems) and took over 200$ from me. I was suppose to get 2 weeks of random drug test and the 1st day they called to tell me I need treatment. They have no reason to think I need treatment. All this place wants is money. Pathetic

Horrible place don't waste your time. If you're set up to go for six months they'll have you in there a year. Regardless if you perfectly follow the rules. The counselors have worse problems than you could ever have. Do not waste your time going here.
