Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

This is the absolute worst place to send your loved one to to get help with mental health and addiction recovery. The staff treats the patients like second rate humans. They are extremely rude and difficult to deal with. It’s like they are pissed off because they are there. There is no communication with the family detailing the care and medication that is being administered. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE!!! For mental health needs go to the Linder Center of Hope.

Being in the inpatient area, there were lots of ups and downs. Ups, we got our own clothes, I met some super cool people, and there were puzzles and markers and crayons. I drew the Interior:) my roommate was awesome, she and I are still friends. Downs, the food is not the best (the food staff is chill), the process for healing kinda sucks, you dont get one on one time with a therapist, they they do very little for medical emergencies. Best you can do there in Inpatient is mind your own business, make friends, and be nice to the staff. Theres also pet therapy which was awesome:) my art Instagram is @i.eat.charcoal :) drop a followwww

This place is hell. Don’t go here. Go to the Lindner Center. I remember the first night I had finally gotten sleep, and out of nowhere a nurse brings a cart in and says, “Be quiet,” and then shoved a needle in me. I don’t know if they put something in or took blood out, but this place doesn’t care about you it wants to make your situation worse. There was a guy networking dealers while I was in there, they didn’t do anything about it. The nurses treated me like shit. When I left, I had so much tension in my neck that I couldn’t stand up straight for six months, and that’s not even the beginning of the shit show of a life I had trying to get myself out of the hole they left me in. This place should not be allowed. They rope suicidal people in with addicts, as if they’re facing the same problem. This place is hell on earth.

Don’t go unless you want to be treated like crap by nurses and leave with bigger issues than what you checked in for also stop sticking people in the middle of the night with needles it’s a real thing they do I don’t know if they put something in me or took blood out of me but it was 5:00 am and some nurse said be quiet and stuck a needle inside me

First off I’d like to say this program isn’t worth anything I don’t recommend to anyone!! The doctor was mean and holding me for no reason and the staff was rude to me her name was cherelle and I didn’t do anything to her! The food sucks! My headphones were stolen from me along with $3! How petty?? What the hell! Don’t send your loved one there be careful!!

They took almost 3 months to send a bill over $100 for seeing a doctor that you hardly even speak with for more than a minute, maybe 2 times while you're there, and the bill will be due sooner than the time it takes for them to send it in the mail with no other communication. This business runs off of shady staff that will lie about your behavior and force feed you medication to make you stay so they can charge you more, and they'll forget what actual medication patients are supposed to take then proceed to withhold it from them
