Their treatment methods include 1-on-1 counseling, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, medication management, relapse prevention counseling, relaxation therapy, and 12-Step Facilitation. They specialize in treating clients 55+ with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other aging-related challenges. This location leverages resources from both Oceans and Norman Regional, and it is near other Norman Regional treatment centers for trauma and other health concerns. Progress and Aftercare Notes Their psychiatric staff review progress and medications daily. Clients can review their progress during and after treatment using Norman Regional’s patient portal. Many specialize in aging-related or military-related mental health conditions, and an increasing number treat mental health for adolescents.
