Dr Sandy is the best! This is far from easy and not everyone is kind, helpful, or understanding. It helps to have someone like her helping you through the process walking you through each step. You can trust her to make the decisions you need in order to get better. Pls pls pls trust me when I say if you were thinking about doing it this is your sign call today and ask for Dr Sandy trust me she will not steer you in the wrong direction. Run don’t walk she’s the best!

Very biased and unprofessional. Worst "mental health" clinic I've been too.

Only had good experiences at this location. My therapist sees me, like sees ME and tries to help. My nurse, MA, is an absolute f’ing godsend. And the prescribing doc is also genuinely caring and super knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who’s got mental/addiction battles (unless it’s severe — there are more immediate places that can better help)

Getting appointment dates- zero Phone System-zero Ability to retain staff-zero Voice mailbox- no number low enough/allways full

The absolute worst... never the same counselor and they only monitor they offer no actual mental health assistance...if you have a mental health crisis they offer no help and actually terminate your services while also cutting off your meds with no referrals... your on your own

Daughter been going here for years 31 years old no education hasn’t worked a day in her life they have done absolutely nothing for her no help at all it’s been about 15 years just using the state money ,if she has anxiety problems and supposedly can’t work they supply medication but done nothing about setting her up for disability or maybe help with her education,totally helpless place

I went there since 2005, they constantly would change my counselor n eventually the last one in 2023 just didn't bother even showing up to appnts. It's impossible to get through to the doctor's, their med line is no help getting refills n prior auths. Even doctors say, how is this place even still open???? I finally found a better place. What a nightmare. I git zero help but needed help.sp I kept going to counseling in hopes I'd get help..nope. they really need to shut this place down.

Best place to go and get help. I enjoyed my experience and I refer people to go here. Good vibes.
