Staff was attentive and worked hard to make stay as pleasant as possible. Support staff was very organized and coordinated care well.

This place is great for someone who’s needing medication or to detox. The nurses are fabulous and some of the techs are ok. But if you’re going for actual mental help …. AVOID HERE! I stayed 5 days and we did ONE SINGULAR group about triggers and went outside to sit and play ball and they called it “group session” they sit on their phones all day long and don’t participate in any activities. NOT TO MENTION they gave me a breathing treatment that was for someone else ???

I visited the emergency department recently and had the best bedside care from both the nurse and the doctor. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns. Everything was taken care of in a very efficient manner.

I fractured my ankle a year ago and they said that I sprained my ankle I asked if they were sure it wasn’t a fracture they said they were sure but I went to an orthopedic doctor and they said it was a fracture so I’m never coming back to this place again for any medical or injury related reason

Some of the staff in the emergency room need improvement. The doctor I saw was Dr. Ugwuala Nwauche. He acted like I was a drug seeker because I ended up having horrible stomach pain after being given morphine, zofran, and protonix. He smirked and said "well I already gave you morphine so you shouldn't have pain," well I don't know what was going on with my body and why I was having this reaction. I begged him to help me anyway he could and he ignored it and kept talking like I wasn't actually in pain. I told the other staff I was in pain and I wasn't drug seeking, I didn't even want the morphine in the first place. My stomach pain level was an 8, so they said they would talk to the doctor and he never came back in, he just ignored it. They discharged me while I was still having some bad unexplained pain, which isn't something a hospital should be doing.

I went in for a breathing/lung test an the woman that done the test was amazing. She made things very easy and comfortable. I was very nervous about the test but she made it so easy. She was sweet and talked me through each step.
