Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

This is for (Brightview in chillicothe) Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.

This Dr office does not respect my time, it is my belief that they think because I’m in recovery my time has no real value and it’s no problem for me to spend a minimum of 2 hours there waiting to see the medical assistant then waiting to see the Dr then every time after I see the Dr they have a staff meeting yes in the middle of seeing patients they shut down the entire flow of patients to have a meeting which one particular time was almost an hour then after all that I get my injection if they remembered to order it which last week they forgot and even tho I only need to go monthly bc I couldn’t rearrange my schedule and come back the next day to hang out in there I have to go back a week later and that’s tomorrow my appointment is at 7:40 I bet anything it’s at least half an hour before I see the medical assistant where then I’ll wait in a different waiting room to see the doctor and that’s at least another 25-30 minutes just 5 minutes or less with Dr and then wait for my injection I guess staff meeting is now at 8:30 so I’ll be out of there by 11am if I’m lucky it’s life or death for me if I don’t get my meds I might get high if I get high there’s a huge chance I’ll die so they know I won’t go anywhere I’ll sit there and wait and honestly I have no idea what I’m even waiting for if someone else offered this injection I’d leave bright view but as of right now it’s my only option or die

Dont go here guys they're snakes! Went here for years and its pretty much chaos, you will get tossed in the bullpen for hours waiting to see a doctor, and most of the time they dont have one, they will be using a telehealth facetime with a provider most of the time and for some reason it takes forever, then they come in everytime and call people out of order which creates fights, because some people will be waiting for hours while another may wait 5 minutes and be called! Most of the counselors act like desperate housewives, you'll end up talking about them more than you want too and i've been hit on by them a few times as well. I Went here a long time and recently left because of them being real shady, they pulled out a form and told me i needed to sign it one day right before i seen the doctor which is out of the norm there, and they didnt say what it was, all she said was your provider needs this on record, so i grabbed it and started reading it, well then she started acting nervous and said its so we can charge your debit card for any remaining balance the insurance doesnt cover, and i said oh well....how much do i owe on my balance, she said 1600.00! i said so hows that work, she said they would start charging my card as of next week 400.00 bi weekly until its paid. first off they have never said anything to me about any balance, i havent received any bills or anything, they wont even give you a chance to pay on your own time, nope....just trick you into signing and screw you over, i literally watched them do the same thing to an elderly female friend of mine, they didnt explain anything to her and she signed it, well i left there and i helped her get rid of her debit card and shes leaving there too! Can't believe they can do that and call it legal, dont give them access to your debit cards guys, i know of a few other people they already charged, and they will straight charge you 400.00 if you owe anything, these are lower middle class people looking for help and this place is taking advantage of us and our elderly! plz like and share and help our community to be aware of this evil!

Horrible place full of liars, even they're billing department are liars! I went there for 4 years and then one day moments before i seen the doctor they pull out some form and say you need to sign this, they made it seem like i couldnt see the doctor unless i signed it, i start to try and read it then the receptionist says "it wont effect you" now after 4 years of going there i thought i could trust what she said so i did sign it, and i have multiple witnesses that heard what she said. About a week later fellow patients there was talking about what the form was and how they could charge your debit card for any remaining balance. well that obviously freaked everyone out, so as soon as i found out about it i went there and withdrew my treatment, and alot of people are, there is going to be a mass exodus from there, but upon checking out i checked my balance and was told zero, then i get a text from brightview saying they're gonna charge my debit card 400 dollars on 11/15, so i called billing and they said that brightview never sent my last appointment to my insurance, so the billing lady sent it to my insurance and said my balance was zero, i said so they wont charge my card then, she said no because your balance is zero, well rest assured last night they charged my card 400 dollars, thats my bill money and my kids xmas money, and i just lost my mom to breast cancer and have struggled all year and im a normal person so 400 is a crushing blow right now, i cried all morning, my bank says i gotta wait 10 days to see if i get my money back, because brightview is holding it with a preauth and it may fall off in 10 days or i might be screwed, but honestly having to wait 10 days for money i need now is just as crushing. Brightview dont care about you or your recovery, just another pill mill.....all about the money!
