So two things we all have in life that’s an opinion and a way to express it. Anyone that wants to think negatively of DR RUSSEL obviously still does not take credit for their actions. Dr Russell has always been caring with a true full heart. You don’t find empathy in people much anymore much less a doctor. The office staff is so professional and a great group of people. I never have been the one to go to a Doctor due to the condescending behavior and entitlement. I rather fill my life with optimistic life loving people, that’s what you will find here.

Carolina Energetics is amazing, Dr. Russell actually cares about his patients, he takes the time to listen you. Sonja, Jennifer, and Michael are all amazing office staff they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and you have what you need. Dr. Russell has helped me tremendously, he has really been a blessing in my life and I'm grateful to have found him. Thank you to all the staff at Carolina Energetics!

First off the only reason I’m giving them a two is because when I first started going there, I met a wonderful doctor named Dr. Tana Holloway. She was the first person to ever listen to me after 4 1/2 years of not knowing what the heck was going on with my body, but not only that she cared about me as a person. After a while, though, I ended up having to change to Dr. Russell. And for whatever reason back in 2024 they decided heck we’re gonna let her go. So without notice they emailed me yes I said it they emailed me and told me that I was being discharged. The only thing that I could figure out is because they were trying to say that I owe them $640. But there was no way because I was told that when I made a double payment during tax time in February that I was all caught up with my Payments! Not only that, but Dr. Russell will not let you be a month behind. He will not see you or they will not see you unless you have cash in hand. It does not matter if it sends you in withdrawals. Here is my best advice to anyone seek you out a Doctor Who is a behavioral health specialist and ask them to put On the subluxa shot. I’m not even sure if I spelled that word right but after four times I’ve taken that shot almost 12 months clean. anyways, I had all the proof that I needed to show that I had made all those payments and that I was all caught up is set for my next visit. So either someone at the front desk is pocketing money or somebody doesn’t know how to do bookwork. Not only that, but Michael is the rudest and most heartless individual that works up there. If you ask him nicely to do something for you, he’ll say he’ll do it, but he won’t do it. The only thing I can figure out is that that’s a heartless man. Then I was supposed to receive my discharge papers. But I never received them so then I was told I needed to drive all the way back down there to get them. Why would I wanna go all the way back down there and see them. After them discharging me in 2024. I am now receiving bills when I had Medicaid and they should have been sending off My specimen samples to a lab every time I went so they could get extra money out of me for that. I never failed any kind of test that they gave me not one time. All you’re gonna see is good comments on here because they have control and they can go and they can delete things. And no, I’m not putting my name on here because I’m not that stupid. I was just gonna leave well enough alone until I started getting bills from you now.

After sobriety for 7 plus years, I found myself in a dark place in my life. I searched high and low for a Dr who truly cared. After trying one clinic, it seemed they didn't care about anything that I was going through (triggers,etc.) After being at the clinic a year I began doing a lot of research because I was on the verge of another relapse. Then I came across Carolina Energetics, and decided to give them a call. From my first appointment and the past 8+ months there I have felt cared about, listened to, and feel like when I am going through something that could trigger a relapse Dr Russell and his team have always listened and cared. From the front desk ladies and their sweet personalities, to Michael with his bright and warming smile, to Dr Russell who is so knowledgeable and always making sure I understand every aspect of what I'm going through and ways to help cope during the hard moments in life, it feels more like I'm walking into to see long distance family I only get to see once a month. This entire team truly knows how to treat those of us in recovery. Going through adultery, and domestic violence could've sent me spiraling, but Dr Russell and his team helped me remember my worth through it. They encouraged me and helped me find the strength to fight for myself and my children. I truly don't think I would be where I am today 3.5 years sober again! Oh and let's not forget them reminding me that I am sober even on maintenance medication. I carried so much shame and guilt because I went 7 years without taking anything, so I went through a period of not looking at myself as I was sober. They also helped me conquer that hurdle as well. We do recover. Who you choose as the army to stand behind you matters. And I truly couldn't thank this entire office enough. I deeply love all of them in the most professional way. And I've also met the new Nurse Practitioner and she is just as sweet and kind and easy to talk to in passing. I don't think there is a better team out there. I hope someday, that I can be the person on the other side helping others like they do each day. When I am I will always remember them and be encouraged by what they have shown me as a patient. Thank you to the entire team at Carolina Energetics. You all are truly the best of the best.

They have the best staff and I love my doctor he helps with my recovery so much never had a bad experience

My step son has been going here for a couple months now. The changes in that short amount of time have been drastic in a great way. I can tell he loves the doctor and actually feels heard and understood by a doctor for once. In the little time that he has became a patient here he has completely turned his life around for the better with the help of Carolina Energetics. Thanks for giving me my son back!

This place has helped me a great deal stay sober and stable if you abused their help that’s on you but if you do right it will help you thankful for the everyone there they treat you like family ❤️
