Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Intensive monitoring and care for conditions like depression, trauma, suicidality, and anxiety. Residential mental health facilities offer a safe setting with activities and structure, plus opportunities to practice life skills and bond with peers.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

In take took almost 3 hours. Paper work took about 20 minutes tops. But we had to wait in the nurse. He didn't speak English well. He didn't know what aggressive ment. He was very hard to communicate with. They would only allow 1 parent back to do the intake. My son's father and I are not together. So there were alot of communicate. I was left out in the lobby for over an hour. Had to bang on the door. To get staff to let me in the restroom. As It was locked. I asked the lady why both parents are not allowed back for intake. She said its posted everywhere. I asked her where I didn't see any signs. She couldn't find any. My son is still in this facility. He was hit by a kid. I found out from him. They didn't send him to the er. He's complaining of ear and jaw pain. I called and tried to address this woth the administration, nurse and patient advocate. No one got back to me. It says in the patient's rights that the child can talk to the parents in privacy. But the therapist told my son right in front of him that he couldn't. She also told me that it was against the law for me to record the phone call. Witch also isn't true. Oklahoma is a 1 side state. As I stated above im not with his father and it just helps me to record the meeting, doctor's apt and everything else and let him hear for is self. This just showed me that the therapist will lie and don't want to be held accountable. I requested for my son to be discharged on Friday at 11 am. And they said the Dr is still here we will get with him. I still haven't heard back. Its Sunday. But they called his dad and said he would be discharged Monday. I explained that he had a therapist apt Monday 2 hours away. That we had waited 6 weeks to get into and it would be another 6-8 weeks before we could get another apt. So what is the reason to keep him until monday? More pay? My son has dmdd, adhd and depression. My son is violent at home but he was the one attacking there. So you child might have issues but they might come out worse.

My child went in to acute inpatient during a crisis. The admin process was longer than I anticipated yet they were able to get my child in and that part of the process seemed smooth enough. The admit was on a Monday and I was called by a MH provider on Monday. They called this a family session. However it felt more like an interrogation of my child about why they wanted to live. After my child reported wanted to live a discharge date was set. This is all they had a focus on even though my child was reporting that under duress due to being interrogated during that “family session”. At no point did I talk to a Dr. who was making these determination. My child was almost discharged prematurely if it was not for my pushing. They were able to get my child set up for residential which was made more sense for my child’s needs rather than just trying to hurry and get them out to free up the bed. Outside of the therapist, communication was poor. No one was consistently answering the phones on their unit, returning calls, or knowing reports from one shift to the next. Overall I guess it did what it was supposed to do for the crisis but it was not for the lack of my pushing and constant advocacy.

There is no way intake should take over 2 hours. They would only let 1 parent back to do my sons intake. I think that is bs. Im trying to get his dad more involved witj our sons mental Healthcare. So im left sitting out for for 2 hours. There is no reason for this. His dad hasn't even came out. I had to bang all the doors as staff was walking by to go to the restroom. This is uncalled for. So another 30 minutes later I had to ask a staff member leaving to find out what was going on. She was very nice the other lady comes out and I asked what was going on. She said they are doing the nurse intake and " i guess your husband chose to do the intake" no wr had no choice only 1 of us could go back. She said there are signs up everywhere. I asked her where that i must have missed them. There is not 1 sign up. Total of 2 hours and 40 mins for intake. This is uncalled for. And I see people complaining about this months back even to a year. So they didn't fix the problem
