I have nothing but good things to say about CPC! From my therapist to the reception staff to the billing department, every aspect of CPC focuses on the client. Research-based strategies are shared by knowledgeable therapists in a warm, inclusive environment. I love this place so much that it is first on my list when I recommend therapy to the students I work with. As a both a client and a school psychologist, I can say without reservation that CPC gets my personal and professional seal of approval.

I wanted to like the clinic so much. Everyone there is really nice and I liked my therapist. They completely ghosted me following back claims with my insurance and when I called for updates and to touch base, they never answered and never returned messages I’d left. Due to my mental state, I have to do a session, at the bare minimum, biweekly, so I couldn’t wait long before seeking a new therapist. Getting in here isn’t the problem—it’s being able to stay.

The receptionist is by far my favorite person.! I did have a lovely experience here. But the receptionist was so full of life. She was bubbly.!

I have been working with Libby and let me tell you..... She is sooo amazing! I am really picky about therapists, and can be mad mistrustful.... especially because of this DCS case I am caught up in... but Libby is incredible and is a gift! She will empower you, while giving you the tools to empower yourself. She is an amazing listener and really sees you... I love Libby. On top of that Mia is such a doll! She is bubbly and really joyful! I love her to bits! And Lisa is a sweetheart too! If you want to change and do the work, they will help you and you will be the person you want to be! It's all your choice! ❤️

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Hire counselors who show up and not call off every week! It's kind if weird a counselor misses almost every Monday morning when they have appointments scheduled but something always conveniently happens and they have to cancel or they just don't bother showing up. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else if you really want help
