These stars are ONLY for the Patient Advocate named Mr. Troy at the Perry Hill location. My husband and I want to thank you for caring and taking the time to ensure we get the proper treatment in a timely manner. Also, thank you for not making excuses and enabling poor service and behavior like so many do at the different locations. We need more people like you who actually care about the Veteran's health and welfare.

They could be very better on mental health and do better with a veterans someone was just lazy it takes forever for them to get referrals to get to the doctors and get past I mean come on now y'all are getting paid stop being lazy and help me spokes

WORST VA EMERGENCY ROOM EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't go if you don't have to. Go somewhere else that has real heathcare and medical staff. Now I understand why the suicide hotline is the 1st number on their answer system!
