Newer patient rude front staff.. everyone has a bad day but this isnt the first time front lady staff rude either in person very short, not so friendly when checking in&even on phone stated has "person waiting at the desk" basically what I asked her she said the counselor can deal with it when have appt. I understand being busy but easily could've put me on hold took care of patientsy desk&came back to me but instead she hung up extremely unprofessional esp considering the type of work shouldn't feel as if being a bother,or annoying when a patient Other than that I can say very clean office&so far decent counselor

These people are scum of the earth They bully harass and intimidate . If you are a law abiding person they stop at nothing to destroy your life. I strongly advise filing a complaint against them with the office of the inspector General. Thank you.

If I could leave minus i would. Client on anti depressant from this office. Missed appointment. Dropped as a client. Client going through massive withdrawal. This office says they can't help. So translation..."don't care" next patient please. Thats really sad.
