Had an excellent experience had just moved here no idea how to find a Dr - a referral brought me to this office and was seen promptly within 2 days great staff all around and looking forward to my next appointment!

They are billing my I.D.D cousins medicaid and have not helped her in any way. She has been in desperate need for an apartment. This has been going on for months now. She isn't even addictive to anything. They are taking advantage of her mental state, Medicare and Medicare. DO BETTER, DO SOMETHING!

Upon arriving, was handed the largest amount of new patient paperwork I've ever experienced at a medical office. Within the paperwork, multiple documents seemed to be assessments that a provider or office staff should be completing with patients, especially for those with mental impairments. The only place to complete the paperwork was in a lobby full of people which makes it difficult if you're there helping someone. A condensed version of the intake documents would much less intimidating.

My daughter was referred there. Signed her contract, looking at it now. They "arranged" transportation for her. For two days we have been trying to find out why her transportation hasn't shown up. STILL NO CALL BACK. Missed a doctor's appointment today. Zero communication....she cried all morning. Just wanting to go to group. Bravo. Thanks so much for the "care". My daughter has been going to Cognitive Connection and I would NOT recommend them. They will reschedule your appointment and not even tell you! Then, they will refuse your meds prescription if you miss your appointment. The office staff have been rude, also! A few days ago my daughter was calling to get her prescription sent to the pharmacy (she goes through this MONTHLY) Come to find out, they closed at lunch for a Christmas party!!!! No heads up…..

I wouldn’t of been able to get sober and reach my full potential without Cogg. They never gave up on me regardless of my bad attitude at first lol, this is the only place I recommend to people whenever they’re struggling and need some help and I will continue recommending cogg.
