Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

The woman I spoke to from their "crisis team" was condescending and argumentative. Everyone in the community knows this is not the place to go for quality mental health help.

So when my mental health brother got out of prison I went to ccmh with him to see what kind of help he was going to get and I got reassured that my brother was in good hands and that everything was going to be fine and everything else what day and a half ago I find my brother sleeping under their gazebo almost dead from dehydration feet so blistered and so bad that he couldn't even walk nobody helping him out with anything I live in a situation where I can't have them here because I'm a guest in my the home I live in and it's like really they're just going to leave this guy homeless on the streets when he has his disability already and everything they can't get him to emergency housing it's crazy to me

This is the least trauma informed care I've ever received. Which is especially awful as it's a behavioral health clinic. They've set themselves up to push any other providers out of the community so that they can continue to provide dangerous and sub par "care" with impunity as they are the only local provider that accepts Medicaid. If you have the option to go ANYWHERE else, keep yourself safe and do so.

My kids got some very caring and insightful counselors. Destini and Adam are great. Angie the receptionist -for the family & adolescents- is a gem as well. They also have other programs and groups here for kids/teens. We've moved and can't find another counseling clinic we like as much as we liked this one.

I went there to get into therapy and I am 18 years old they put me in the youth group and treated me like a child the entire time it’s been about 3 weeks and they haven’t contacted me with an update since and they talked behind my back saying that I was sassy they are so unprofessional and I do not recommend this place at all. I have been there before and attended therapy and I did not feel safe

Don't waste your time. I was denied services based of my insurance. Should anyone ever be denied mental health when seeking help well here you are. I couldn't get a therapist or back into DBT.
