Erin Christmas was awesome as she helped me see things I hadn’t thought of. And I slept for over 7 hours last night for the first time in months!

Horrible billing department, I had to get a blood draw there almost a year ago now and when making the account I didn't attach my insurance at the time thinking to do it after. After the fact they have now billed me over 7 times for the care despite the first time doing so I gave them all they needed to send the claim to insurance which hasent been received despite directly on call linking the hospital and insurance several times now. This stalling from the hospital has been going on for almost a year now and every time it happens I call, give them the needed information, bill gets put on hold, they don't send the claim over, they send another bill, and it went on for so long that they had the audacity to send my bill to debt collection due to their negligence. I've called so many times to have this resolved to no avail and lack of any effort on their end. The last excuse I got was that it was an issue with the back end office not sending things out but they're conveniently is no back office phone for customers to call and all they can do is send memos for them that I suppose have gone ignored more than 5 times now. The staff and care during my actual visit were great and helpful but this is ridiculous. Edit: going through the other reviews it seems this is a common problem spanning YEARS of downright refusing to properly link insurances and bill people. Absolutely insane and based on pattern it seems almost intentional, do not come here. 12/2/2025 They have kept up the sharade as I've called them humorous times through my Insrance and more now to connect things, but even with my insurance directly giving them all they need and more, more than 7 times now with linked calls the bills continue and this month I got another with a Final Notice stating that if unrespodned too I will be sent to debt collection once more. Absolutely atrocious, the fourm they originally sent me to fill out under this reveiw also went unresponded to as well.

Was in ICU for a life and death situation. Every person including nurses, NAs, PT, OT, etc. was instrumental in saving my life and keeping me motivated to push through. I'm now back home and can never thank them enough. I am truly blessed.

All the bells and whistles were provided to my Husband with the upmost care! ER Doctor and ER Nurse were the best!!!

Our nurses, for labor&delivery and postpartum, were amazing! My only complaint was that the postpartum care wasn't "clustered" together, so I could get some rest after birthing a baby (For example, having a lab tech come in at 5am to draw blood, while I was clearly sleeping). Other than that, everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
