Be careful I was going there and one day I stopped feeling my methadone . I lost my job I hurt so bad

This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! I really love this place and the staff!!

If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

I’ve Been at CMTC and always have a good experience. My counselor T always treats everyone I have seen with respect and always smiles always pleasant, Ms. Sonja always pleasant and helpful with all of your needs and always nice, Ms.Earnestine is always on top of the insurance needs of everyone and always so nice and pleasant, Ms. Poole is the best site mngr I’ve ever dealt with always willing to help you with anything she can do for you, everyone goes above and beyond their duties and what I have seen the site is clean and in order. For the size of the facility it is not that big but it is not messy or dirty and is organized from what I have seen.

Worst clinic I’ve ever dealt with, the clinic I currently go to agree, dirty location, smelly, looks like it’s in an old hallway somewhere. The lady at the first window when you find it was on her phone and seemed bothered when you walk up. It’s no wonder this was the only clinic I’ve ever been to with literally 2 patients the entire half hour I waited around to be told some BS. I travel for work all over the U.S this clinic has the wrong hours posted, they have sub par staff, and I was never able to dose for almost 4 days because my clinic and this clinic couldn’t seem to find a common ground. I would drive to Atlanta and dose rather than come back to this garbage. And that’s saying a lot! Only other clinic worse than this was was in Kensington PA

If u want to be treated like a piece of shit junkie this is the place for you.if u don't have the money to pay for your meds for a couple of days they cut you all the way back to 30 mg knowing you were still withdrawaling on the higher mg they had you on to begin with they use to be great but now I wouldn't recommend them to ne one and u better have some d for ur first day or u can get ready to sit in the lobby for hours with withdrawals while the workers walk around laughing and just having a great time ignoring you.Be ready to jump through hoops and be a yes man y'all have fun I can find somewhere that actually wants to help an addict not just make a paycheck.

Ms Earnestine is the best she stay on top of your insurance I totally forgot about mine but luckily she was prepared when I came in to dose. Mrs. Sonja is fast by the time you get to window she has you ready to go in and out process

Over the years of going to CMTC, I developed a bond with the staff let me break it down Ms.Poole has a heart of gold and she genuinely cares. Ms. Sonja is the nurse and has a memory that's on point she has a very beautiful spirit and a very beautiful person I get crazy sometimes but she knows how to handle me Ms. T very classy and is very pleasant Ms Earnestine is my buddy she is the one who gets you in touch insurance Mr. Patrick will tell it like it is but he is real with it. Ms. Atiya easy listener jazzy appearance Ms. Twana down to earth she is real hip as in cool and Ms. Tykeyah remember every one name she does her job I think she should have been a Ebony Model. Now who wouldn't want to go here to receive help with your recovery
