It should be a million times easier to get ahold of medical professionals here. I call here and get transferred 5 times just to get hung up on. Poor system in general

Shut the lights out whenever they want whether they are closed or open for business don’t recommend. Go anywhere else!

I recently had an injury, and went to the walk-in ortho clinic on the 2nd floor. After consultation, it was decided I needed a MRI, which was a 3 week wait (understandable). My MRI was on 6/25, and I had the results 2 hours after the test(my chart) which show multiple tears (among other issues). No one from this office ever called me to discuss the results, or to schedule an appointment with a surgeon. I called the office to see what the next step was (after waiting 5 days). They returned the call to set up an appt with a NP in another 9 DAYS… who knows how long until I meet the surgeon. I don’t know if they would have called me, had I not called them.

Dr Krepps for ortho was the worst/meanest doctor i’ve ever been to.

I went to med check on Saturday . When I got there just a few pts were in the waiting area . I stepped up to the window unsure about checking in as I never go to med check. I did see the small kiosk but was unsure if I needed to use it or speak with someone first. I probably stood there looking at all three women behind the glass for a good minute or so and not one acknowledged me even though they all saw me. They were just talking among themselves and the one closest to the window was looking at a food menu . I finally asked if I needed to check in on kiosk and one of them said yes which I did . My point is you would have thought someone would have at least acknowledged me and ask if they could help me instead of acting as though I didn’t matter . So can’t give them more than a 1 star. I will say the rest of my visit was just fine and everyone that saw me after I went back was caring and took great care of me and I will give them a “10” for the care I received .

The medical assistant named Daniel & MA Marissa is very nice. a community professional, exhibits exceptional kindness and understanding. She consistently demonstrates politeness and was particularly kind to my daughters. When my daughter wasn't feeling well, I brought her to the community center. Thank you 😊

Behavioral health called because of a referral by doctor. They asked if I could do an intake at that time, I said yes. They then said no one was available and to call back in 1-2 weeks or I could find someone on my own. What was the point of calling? This was not helpful to me or my mental health. Do better!

No problem with the lab. Professional staff. I did have a appointment with med check a couple yrs ago I ended up walking out. No one ever came back to give me my service. I did ask, oh someone will be with you. Never came back. Yes I was billed for it..
