Community Medical Services Sterling Heights clinic in Michigan is located just north of Maple Lane Golf Club. They specialize in treating individuals with opioid use disorder and offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) along with counseling and support services. Individuals can also be connected with peer-to-peer support through this clinic to help in their recovery journey. They are open Monday-Friday 5:00am-12:30pm and Saturday 6am-10am.
Community Medical Services Dearborn Heights accepts BCBS MI Commercial, BCBS MI Medicare Advantage, Humana Commercial, Humana Medicare Adv, Optum VA Michigan, UnitedHealthcare Commercial, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Adv, WPS GHA MI Medicare, WCHO/CMHPSM – Washtenaw County, and other common medical carriers.
We also accept privately paid patients. Please call our office to confirm that your insurance plan is accepted.
