The staff and the people who did my assessment were really nice and polite showed so much care to me and checked up on me every 15 minutes seeing if I need anything they helped get around due to my legal blindness I cant see much they were very good to me they get my brain injury and they told me take my time and if I needed any breaks I took one they let me take nap when I was having a hard day today very patient very kind very nice will recommend to anyone snd I will be calling to due services with you guys❤️ 💖

I have been a patient of this facility for almost 8 years and this is the place to go I wish they would be a nation wide organization 💯😄

This is not a nice place. If you don’t make progress they just drop you and they don’t care. The managers of the center poach people from the vocational rehab after the person has an established with one person that left and this was before the vocational rehab person quit. That my wife was poached from her. They discriminate against people that have private health insurance and Medicaid and we know that Medicaid is still paying for services. They even tell people to drop the private health insurance or find a new insurance so they can continue to see the person. Then we offered to do self pay and they said no because they only want people that have Medicaid. We all know that Medicaid is slow at processing everything.

Update: today was my first day I had an intake. Everyone at the front counter was very nice and polite. I met with two different people during the intake. They were really nice and polite. I really do feel they really wanna help me. They really do care about me and they really want to help my mental health and just help me in general and I’m very excited to start in this journey and it was really hard to talk about things that I’ve experienced, but I’m excited to now start diving Deep into myself internally spiritually mentally financially, and I know through taking the time to volunteer for therapy and to work on myself I’m excited to see what God my life and this company is going to do for me in every which way in my life and I’m just really excited to turn a new leaf over after months and months of calling doctors or seeing people and they said they can’t help me. I’m just excited to be able to start this journey now with Community outreach center! So after months and months of dealing with my doctors from Kaiser Permanente, my doctor actually told me to go to this facility because they would be able to help me since Kaiser Permanente is very strict so calling I just spoke with the lovely lady. She was so nice. I believe her name was Jillian. She was so helpful and insightful. I am so and I actually she was really nice and very sweet. I’m so excited to be able to Actually turn in and getting some The help that I need and I’m really looking forward to seeing what they could do for me

This place has the worst people working here Don't go here and Why ask what people want to go by if your staff won't respect it They don't listen and are Super Rude It's not a good place for anyone with mental health issues Go anywhere But here I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected

Be aware of your coverage they have disclaimers about insurance failing, collectors being sent, and they are misinformed at what income is. Being told EBT would be used as a measure for recompensation in case of Medicare failure. Look online they say it is not income in traditional sense you can't go to the ATM and take out cash. It not something to look at as proof of income as it is not income. AMY N. THE RECEPTIONIST AT THIS LOCATION WILL SWEAR ON HER COMPANIES POLICY AND DENY BEING WRONG SAYING SHE IS FOLLOWS ORDERS. Refusing to state my income is not what I did I wrote zero as I saw her change my paperwork in front me. On top of her attitude the whole time.

Julie your peer counselor is the most amazing human. I have been going here since I was 12 years old and have had a hard time finding people in your community who actually want to help me. After losing Rachel and April I was scared of who I could be sent to. Knowing my previous issues with finding someone I connect with at your facility. Julie has made me feel so listen to and truly understands where I am coming from. GIVE HER A DAMN RAISE SO I DONT LOSE HER LIEK I LOST RACHEL OR APRIL!!

They don't even have a receptionist
