Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I've been going here for psychiatric care for a while. Sometimes they're not always on point with timeliness but the quality of care that I have gotten is fantastic. They have a variety of services all in one place

Absolutely the worse staff ever encountered. For four years, I have been going to this clinic because it was where I felt safe and after getting stuck in Ga after I was hit by a drunk driver forcing me to receive care in GA my primary care Dr Michelle Allen Refused to see me virtually knowing I didn’t complete a move to GA. Upon that I was hurt again and was placed on leave from work where I needed assistance for a non paid leave so I could heal. Instead, my doctor canceled my appointment and ignored me where I have been speaking to the Head Nurse Kelly. Even though Kelly has tried to hell, the clinic itself dropped the ball on communication multiple times causing turmoil to my life ending in my losing my long term career. They were aware and didn’t make any motion to try and aid in the situation of myself and my well being. Simply stated oh we aren’t licensed in Georgia not realizing I am a Minnesota Resident still and was in GA temporarily for the summer until my accidents happened. Not only I can’t get back but they cause me to lose my employment, because of their lack of service and empathy even just to properly communicate. If you want to go from comfort to being treated less than a human, this is your best option. Other than that never waste your time. The only acceptable Dr is Dr Cunningham.

NIGHTMARE- I would give it a negative 5 if I could. I went in for an 800.00 bite guard because the filling they did for me poorly 5 years ago is eroding the tooth on top. They told me I could sign up for a discount plan to pay for it. The tech didn’t know how to use the computer scanner in my mouth and literally shoved a clay mold into my mouth without telling me she was going to do it. The dentist Dr. Andrew (stay away from him) actually got angry at me because the tech was supposed to get a computer image not a clay mold (WHY, I HAVE NO IDEA) and he was incredibly rude to me. When I took issue with his behavior and reported this whole fiasco to the clinic manager, someone must have contacted the county that manages my children’s and my Medicaid because it shows that I was a mere few hundred dollars over being eligible per last years taxes, even though I’m on one of the lowest income tiers for discounted services at the clinic. I’m a single mom, with a disability and two kids. My work hours will be cut in August, thereby making me well within range again. But now I need to deal with the stress of healthcare navigators and advocating to keep our health insurance because of someone who was bitter, petty and vindictive at this clinic. If you don’t mind being treated like dirt, have techs shove things in your mouth without knowing how to use their equipment properly AND potentially lose your health insurance, step right up.

I'm grateful to share that I had the opportunity to complete my clinical trainee practicum during my time in school. My experience at CUHCC was both enriching and transformative. I gained hands-on experience in clinical documentation, learned important policies and procedures, participated in a therapy group, and worked with individual therapy clients—deepening my understanding of clinical practice. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire CUHCC team for their support throughout my training. A special thank you to Frances Adair, my clinical supervisor; Alicia Grund, from the group supervision team; Elizabeth Rattner, group facilitator; Jessica Melinik, domestic advocate; Nome, CM supervisor; Sara Sequra (EPICS); and Sidique Lamin (IT). Your mentorship and support played a meaningful role in my professional growth, and I’m truly thankful for the experience. I would also encourage new students to consider completing their practicum training at CUHCC. It’s a place where you don’t just gain skills—you gain experiences that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Might be a great place for very basic dental work, not the place for any sort of extraction, or infection stuff, unless you have absolutely no other option. Which I didn't that day...but seriously... Impossible to get anyone on the phone, always goes to VM, took 4 months to get a call back, and was told to walk-in and be the first person in line. So I did, got there at 6am, was the first person at the dental counter at 7:05am for a dental abscess needing immediate extraction, they weren't sure they could see me, but I could wait. Was told at 9 if I still wanted to wait that I maybe might be seen at 10. About 10:45 some intake paperwork happened, after I made some more plaintive noise. Long Story Short after that, tooth was removed, some infection cleaning work done, and I was sent home WITHOUT antibiotics even though I asked for some, and a broken tooth behind that one cutting high into my cheek, and nothing at all for pain management. Day 4 post (today). Spreading infection that was confirmed by another Dentist who prescribed some high dose amoxicillin and lidocaine swish for my now infected gums, cheek, teeth, jaw, and sinuses. The worst part is the Doc was nice, and told me to schedule a consult for the rest of the serious work I needed done, ok cool... except the front desk lady told me that wasn't possible for "like 7 months" and had no idea why I was told to do that...but we could schedule my next extraction for the end of the month. I wouldn't have lived that long. Again, if you have no other option, at all(as I didn't) and need basic cleaning work, this is probably decent enough. But I am profoundly disappointed by the maybe we will get to you, pat on the butt, and the "hope you live long enough to come back! attitude here. Especially for a place that is supposed to be for those who don't have the option for traditional dental care.

I think the midwifes are amazing and make you feel so comfortable while you are pregnant. A lot of providers are very good at their job because they have had many years of experience. Just recently I had a visit and it was very unsanitary. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Please do better at cleanliness ❤️

This clinic is great. The employees really give their all for us clients. I have been here for medical, psychiatric, and emergency dental care as a walk in and waited less than 10 minutes. Though it's a very busy clinic, the doctors take their time with you which is a very pleasant surprise. I have always felt well cared for. Been going since 2017.
