So I wanted to trans here after I went to IBH and CAP. At COPE they have a structured system. They have 3 books for you to read. Small books. Each chapter takes about 20 minutes to read and then you answer the questions in the chapter as your homework. Out of CAP and IBH, I like the program at COPE more. The staff here is VERY VERY accommodating sympathetic and you can see the staff works here because they have a passion and not because its another job for them. They are here for you to succeed. They are vouching for you and want the best for everyone. They treat you as a student rather than a criminal. Once you go here, you get the "parent" vibe. Meaning they give you advice for your own benefit. From there it depends on you how you make your decisions. If you are shopping for classes. COPE is the place!! And I've attended CAP and IBH.

Laid back environment. Nice staff. Helpful. One stop shop, from assessments to classes, UA’s, therapy, parenting, Batterers Intervention Program for Men & Women, anger management, mental health, & even ADSAC to get your license back after a DUI.

Good place, the secretary at the front desk is absolutely the best. She really made me feel like she cared and is inspiring to everyone who goes there. Jess, she is so friendly and warming. Dr. Allen is also the best counselor I have ever had. At first I was unsure about her, but the more she grew to know us and we grew to know her, I found she is one of the strongest women I have ever met. She is VERY understanding and really does want to help all of her clients. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is one lady specifically that works there that I don't care for. I feel like she doesn't like the clients or comes off rude a lot. Idk maybe it's a cultural difference. Or maybe she just doesn't like me! Lol

I love cope Not a fan of North care or gateway If you need a great counseling team for CPS or probation And you need counselors who actually care This is where you need to be

When I went to Cope the staff was welcoming and anticipating my arrival . They were punctual in moving forward to assess me and my needs to ensure they were met for me personally. They took the time to thoroughly go through the details of my previous journey in life to accent the details of a plan specialized for ME. The staff were sympathetic in my short comings and understanding in care that I need to move forward in life. They were honest in their referrals to assess my needs accordingly, and professional in doing so; All while in a timely manner.I hope this helps to get others to seek the right professionals for the help that they need to move in their lives as well...
