Community Partners Integrated Healthcare (CPIH) Tucson – Desert Rose Integrated Health Center provides outpatient care for individuals experiencing mental health conditions or substance use challenges. Services are available for adolescents (ages 12–17) and adults. Treatment includes support for co-occurring physical health issues, such as diabetes or heart disease, that may affect mental wellness. The center offers integrated medical, behavioral, and supportive services in one location for easier access and coordination. Strengthen Wellness with Expert-led Treatment Care is personalized through medical support, counseling, and education. Therapists use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to encourage positive habits and reduce harmful behaviors. Adolescents follow the Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA), which promotes recovery through healthy routines and family support. For opioid recovery, medication-assisted treatment eases withdrawal and prevents relapse. A skilled team of medical and behavioral health professionals works closely with participants in a supportive outpatient setting. Access Help for Health, Work, Housing The center connects individuals with physical health care, nutrition services, employment support, housing resources, and pharmacy services. After treatment, participants can access continuing care and join alumni support programs to stay engaged in their recovery. These services help promote long-term wellness and provide a network of support beyond the initial treatment phase.
