Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

If I could give less than one star I would. I was with another clinic and am diagnosed as SMI with Bipolar Disorder. They never reached out to me when my case was transfered to them from my clinic of over ten years and I had to hunt down myself who they are. Every time I try to receive services, they refuse to schedule me and try to force me to do an evaluation as a new patient. Mercy care confims this is not needed yet this clinic still refuses to help. I've been now off of my meds that I've taken for ten years and am in a complete meltdown. How does this clinic handle SMI's in crisis who are loud? THEY HANG UP ON YOU. What mental health care professional hangs up on someone who is off of their meds and unstable citing the reason that they won't be talked rudely. Someone needs to shut this place down before they cause someone to commit suicide because they can't do their job. I'm reporting this to the state and Mercy care now has an official complaint lodged against them on my behalf. 3TV is next to be notified of your gross negligence.

My therapist Kelsey told me that I wasn’t worth her time and made me feel like I’m too broken to save. She was someone I trusted and looked forward to seeing every week and the second I mention I’m having a tough time she gave up on me. Left me feeling devastated and alone. I understand why this place is closing and hope she doesn’t make anyone else feel the way she made me feel hopeless. Absolutely unacceptable

This place deserves less than a one star. Crisis Preparation and Recovery has no concern for the well-being of their patients, let alone their workers. Your decision to end out patient care is completely messed up and unethical. Firing all therapists and psychiatrists has left hundreds of people without the medication and care they NEED. No longer a place that can be trusted.

This place has no care and no concern about the well being of the patients admitted nor their out patients. They are unethical and have shown through their actions they could care less about mental health. NOT at ALL a place I would recommend for people in need of help.

I’ve been a client at Crisis Preparation and Recovery (CPR) for over three years, and I can confidently say this is one of the most inconsiderate, irresponsible decisions I’ve ever seen a mental health provider make. CPR is abruptly shutting down ALL outpatient services — therapy and psychiatric care — as of May 23rd, 2025. They sent out an email with barely a month’s notice, leaving hundreds of clients, including myself, without care, without real options, and without enough time to make a safe transition. And it’s not just the clients they’ve abandoned. CPR is firing all of their therapists, case managers, and psychiatric staff with the same short notice. These are professionals who’ve dedicated themselves to supporting people through trauma, grief, and mental illness — and now they’re left scrambling to find jobs, just like we’re scrambling to find new providers. It’s a complete failure of leadership and ethics. CPR claims they’re shifting focus to “crisis-related issues,” but the irony is they’re about to cause a wave of personal crises for the very people they were supposed to help. Mental health care is about long-term support, consistency, and trust — not tossing people aside when they become inconvenient to serve. I’ve been with my therapist here for three years. She helped me through my brother’s suicide, through depression, PTSD, anxiety, and so much healing. Now, they expect me to just drop all of that progress, start from scratch with someone new, and somehow not unravel? That’s not just unrealistic — it’s cruel. We are not just names on a schedule. We are people with lives and pain and progress that mattered. If this is how CPR treats both its patients and its staff, then they’ve forgotten what “care” even means. Do better. This was disgraceful.

This place can’t keep people. I have been through Jacob, Sean, and Veronica. Luckily all decently great therapist. But, I just received email today that they are getting rid of outpatient services. With no help to us to help find another therapist in time who isn’t booked out 6 months ahead. I’m also on AHCCCS MEDICAID which is IMPOSSIBLE to find another therapist with. I have tried all day today and the facilities they referred us to , the reviews are garbage… I am also on disability filing right now and my lawyers aren’t happy with how abrupt this took place as I have to be CONSISTENTLY seeing a doctor otherwise I’ll be denied my approval to get disability. Thanks crisis. YOU PUT the crisis in my life when I’m already going through so much medical and moving and stuff. This is too much to deal with. A month is not enough time to find someone else without insurance smh. Ridiculous. Don’t plan on going here if you need outpatient therapy. The team and my therapist are all being fired and let go. It’s really not a good place after all. I have chance after chances with them and I can’t believe this.

I called to schedule and appointment as a first time patient. In this call I was deemed a threat to myself and was recommended that I go to the hospital. This was not the case. I had been recently passively suicidal and had not made any plans or attempts. I also suffer from anxiety and the idea of going to the hospital on such short notice for a minimum of three days was causing me a panic attack. I attempted to explain this as rationally as I could and again I was not listened to when I told them that such an excursion would be detrimental to me. When I told them I was unwilling to go they called for a wellness check and thankfully the police listened to me and didn't force me to go anywhere. It seems clear to me that they care more about following protocols and treating symptoms that listening to and treating the individual.
