Way different than any other clinic. They make you feel comfortable to be honest. You are in and out quickly. no long lines that embarrassingly put you on display out to the public. I think this will really work this time with a support system like them.

Been going there since 2017 you know everywhere has its ups and downs but I'm still there for a reason and not somewhere else because I feel like they show up and do a great job. And I always love to stay faithful to the place I have been at for 8 years. They have saved my life and help.me.to be the better version of myself.

This is a great clinic Vince and all the nurses and doctor are the best they all show they care and are truly amazing

Crossroads is a blessing to me & alot of people. Thank all thats good for the people who work here. They are the most caring group of people I've ever met. Our Healthcare system needs more people like the nurses, doctors, administration, counselors & everyone else that work there at crossroads. Our society as whole would be so healed. Immediately upon entering into the building, the people there make you feel welcome. I only recently became aware of this place, or that places like this one, even exists. Its the most earnestly caring health-care group that we luckily have & I've ever known or been a part of 💪. 10 outta 10 I wholly recommend 💯

I have been going to crossroads for about 3 months now. I don’t have any complaints so far. I went to another clinic for 13 years and paid $532 a month I only ever got 2 weeks and they only give a week they just made a special acception for some of us since we did everything we were supposed to for a long time. At crossroads I don’t pay anything it’s covered by my insurance. But even if I paid out of pocket it would still be $6 less PER DAY! Which is $364 a month. Thats amazing to me. The staff have all been great. I don’t really know if I like my counselor so far but that’s partly because the First Lady I met there was AMAZING. She was helping with my anxiety. She was extremely knowledgeable. I loved her. My counselor is new so I’m giving him a chance but I love the nurses they are amazing. So far everyone I have met has been great except my counselor and it’s mostly just because he is unorganized and didn’t bring up my month take homes at the meeting like he was supposed to but again he is new so I’m not mad about it. I do have my month now so I’m happy. Overall I absolutely LOVE this okacey

I went to EITC in Indiana for 13 years. So in comparison, I paid over $500 a month for my meds, at crossroads they accept my medical card: they are still cheaper by $6 a day than EITC even without medical card. Also EITC only gives a week on takehomes. I get a month now at crossroads. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. I’m so glad I switched

I love cross roads !!! It has saved my life and all the staff are amazing and friendly and very help full.. 10 out of 10 !!! Would recommend to anyone serious about getting clean !!!!
