Very Good place, Friendly staff. Love the place

I love comming here this place changed my life for the better. I came in feeling like my life was going no we’re and now I am excelling in life work and am in a much happier place . I want to say thank you to Peter Tyler Kiki and Faith all of u help me take back my life and I am the happiest I have ever been. So thank you. To anyone who wants to get their life back from addiction walking in those doors is the best thing you can do when u feel lost in addiction

Ya know? Even though you have an addict looking for help and then this place comes along with big promises of recovery...Hallelujah!! But then you're hooked on on a 2yr plan of being hooked on methadone (government sanctioned opoids)! Only cause it's safer than street drugs!? Totally agree, but your not helping the problem! You showed me today that you're only out for the income, not the cause!!!

I love this place methadone really works. if your tired of feeling sick all the time this is the way to go.

From the first day I walked into crossroads, I felt cared for. To start the program director Peter, immediately came and spoke with me. I had just lost my husband to suicide a week before. He sat with me and was genuine with his caring demeanor and all the while knowing that he probably had plenty of other things to do, he chose to stay with me while I cried and grieved until I went back to get assessed. Not to mention the sweet receptionist April is kind and always inquisitive to my life, kids, dating, work etc. Also the Doc, Pharmacist at dispensing , the Nurse are all like they have known me years. My case manager/counselor Faith, and peer counselor Julie, They are ALL absolutely amazing and beautiful people. They truly care about you as a person~ & Not just sobriety, bc feeling heard, understood, and cared for with compassion, not just sympathy for your struggle but empathy....truly Makes such a difference in your road to treatment for dependency or addiction. I thank God every day for the circle of hearts and souls that cared for me from my 1st day til now. I absolutely love them and they don't treat you like a number or a worthless addict, they treat you like family with 0 judgement and 200% LOVE !

Been going to Crossroads for years. I have no complaints! As long as you do what your supposed to and follow rules.

Compared to almost every methadone/Suboxone treatment center in the upstate, Crossroads by far has treated me the best! you can have a very personal experience here if you want. The counselors try to get to know you and will help you with anything you need help with and there’s not a bad one in the bunch! I love everyone that works at this place. I’ve been going here for four years, and I even moved over an hour away and I still drive here because I will go Nowhere else!shout out to all the pharmacist, every counselor, all my nurses, and the new program Director! My counselor is Daryl has always went above and beyond for me and everyone. He rocks. This is a great place if anyone needs help please come here and give them the benefit of the doubt and I can almost guarantee you if you put your effort in they will help you every way they can!
