This place is a complete joke! They couldn’t help me with my medication after trying for over a week on my own without their help I had to find another doctor, classes were completely inappropriate for some people to be in that particular class, they were unable to get my classes approved with my insurance and didn’t even try to call and fill out the appropriate forms to get it approved by my insurance, they refuse to help me with my LOA papers for work, The director over the Concord location Alan was supposed to call me back last week to follow up on these above issues and never did. With all of that said, please, if you need help, do not go to Daymark recovery they will make you worse just by trying to get the HELP you need to recover!!!
