If i could give 0 stars I would. The lady up front was super nice. The RN I spoke with he seemed really cool and to care about my state. But after I spoke with him he told me I was a liability for medications I don't take anymore(that my primary care doctor is fully aware). But I know he has people to answer to on what he can and can't do. My main issue is I was literally crying for help in the lobby and he says "I'm not going in circles with you, I've been here since 8 and have 2 other people to speak with". So he tells me about hospitals I can go to for help, I ask him the information for them(name, address, phone number etc.) to be wrote down and he proceeded to tell me "I don't have time for that". Someone is literally crying and begging for help and you tell them that. Main issue was due to medications and not having them with me "I stated I could pick them up tonight or come back tomorrow" and they tell me "no come back Monday"....I needed help that night and offered to give them what they said I needed but still wasn't good enough. Honestly glad they turned me away. Because God only knows how they would have treated me if I was admitted there.

Dr. Lane is the absolute best, Sheila is an all-star. I made some comments I truly regret. But this place saves lives. Including my own life. Im Sorry Day mark staff. I love you all of you!!!

It was great the staff were very cool and helpful...... I got everything I needed to help me with my drug and alcohol abuse..... Even my after care network program worked out for me..... I am so thankful 🙏 for Daymark..... This facility helped save my life..... 💯💪👌

Awesome staff!

Place has changed for the worse. They have young crisis workers that don't need to be working there. People are coming off drugs and are sick. They don't need to be talked down too. You can go to the nurse if you are sick and can't go to group but crisis workers are overriding there decisions.

Everyone is amazing thanks to you I'm getting it right this time. Thank you so much for helping as many of us you can, and the freezer pops and great food. Love to you all. Troy wurster

The staff was wonderful. I was there for depression, traumatic grief and going through a separation with my husband.
