After years of procrastination for doing my DUI assessment I went to Daymark and did my assessment with Karlene Figueroa and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable she made me fell going through the process. She was very respectful and kind it was a very pleasant experience for a bad situation. Thank you to the staff.

My experience with the SUD class was very smooth and I found it extremely helpful and always felt I was in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Knowledgeable and professional. Although the Moore county location was a little lax on even knowing what and SUD class was. Calling in I didn't even know if I had contacted the correct place. Basically hello what's your name. But over all I was pleased once the classes began.

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful!!! They made my son feel more comfortable and were very encouraging!

Today I brought my son, 1st impressions are so important, Daymark in Albemarle has THE BEST customer service, professionalism, hospitality that I have seen in a very long time. We are new to NC and the Staff here made us feel VERY comfortable, offered water, snacks, made sure I was comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend this establishment to whomever may need the assistance.

Need help with mental health issues but can't receive the depression medication I need because they "can't prescribe certain medications". It's basically a junkie recovery place where junkies have a place to talk about feelings. If you really need help with actual mental health issues, I'd advise to not come here

Horrible, took forever to get me back there. The front desk lady is laughing with her coworkers while I sat here for 3 hours straight in the chair just for them to tell me there’s 5 people in front of me while there’s no one in the lounge with me. Horrible customer care and the experience was just horrendous in general.

Unprofessional staff, with an unwelcoming and rude receptionist. The itinerant counselor who does in-person intake assessments refused to reveal her credentials or last name when asked and only identified herself as "I'm Stephanie, the clinician." I'm a health care provider who mentioned Daymark in Albemarle NC to many patients over the years. I am horrified that they treat people that way, and would never send them there again. During the intake session, Stephanie the "clinician" also violated HIPPA by sharing with me details of her frustrations with an established female client who I then met in the reception area. Utterly unacceptable and damaging. She abused this client's trust when she was supposed to help and protect her.
