I haven't been going here for more than a week when I expirenced the same thing a lot of other reviews mention. Staff that either don't know what's going on or simply don't care. That's just the reviews that go unedited because a lot are obviously edited that started out negative then have the initial review deleted and the stars bumped up to 5/5. This was only my 3rd time here after the initial intake. One of the things that sold me on this clinic over others is the hours. During my intake, Bill, who seemed like he genuinely cared and knew what he was taking about assured me multiple times that they does until midnight but just to be courteous to try to not show up past 11:45. Because I had to work late today I couldn't make it in until 11:30. I walked through the open door at 11:31 and saw a full lobby of patients only to be told they were closed. After mentioning to the front desk gentleman that I can't make it in any sooner on Wednesdays and that I was specifically told by multiple people I had until midnight I was turned away despite being there at 11:31 with a handful of people in line. Getting my dose would have taken no longer than 30-60 seconds but they so callously showed me and they didn't give a shit even after I mentioned that I just started methadone treatment and at 40mgs was nowhere close to a therapeutic dose as it is now I either relapse or have to wait another 14 or so hours of feeling unwell before I can find time to make it in tomorrow. I'm seriously debating trying to fall asleep In alley just to be able to get my medicine first thing in the morning when they open instead of taking the long bike ride back home and then back again tomorrow while in withdrawal. It'd be one thing if I was super late but I was 1 minute after a cut off time that it seems like they made up. I haven't even finished my review and I've seen the entire staff empty the building and be on their way home by 11:50pm. This is the exact opposite of compassionate care MAT patients depend on. I was already on the fence about this place based on interactions with staff, how dirty the lobby is, how generally disinterested staff acted, the lack of an emphasis on providing help and resources for not just methadone but the quality of life of patients wether that's help with mental health or housing. Even just offering snacks or coffee would be an improvement over what they offer here. From other clinics I've been to these types of devices are standard and none of those have the volume(money being made) that this clinic does so to have such an off-putting experience right off the bat is disappointing but telling of things to expect down the line. Thrive on Broadway is lot an exact opposite of DRG. So I need to decide whether I can realistically trade off a commute 4 times as long as the one to DRG involving multiple busses opposed to a bike ride to ensure I'll be successful in my recovery and actually get the treatment everyone deserves because it doesn't seem like I'll get that here. I recommend everyone reevaluate as well. There are much better options especially when their main selling point, their hours, being a egregious lie. I didn't mention the construction what I nightmare.,,

Very disappointed in services with all staff members.know one knows what's going on at all. Especially with people incarsarated . Not cool at all. They don't answer phone or call any one back. They seem to forget that they are a METHADONE clinic!!! I have been thinking very hard about going to a different clinic!!! Not happy at all!!!

I posted a post a while back expressing my negative concerns for the clinic but I was a fairly new client then, and in the past 6 months they've really been on top of my care. I certainly haven't been an easy client but they've came thru every time when I needed them. Highly recommended.
