This was my second time using their services in a year, I discharged 2 days ago but needed to write a review to thank them so much. Both times, they did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Even going beyond just alcohol detox to discuss how to lower my high BP along with the meds I take. They all truly seem to care about their jobs and their patients. There is always food and coffee on the kitchen, a TV room and it's super quiet all the time. Only downside is no smoking or going outside but that's not their fault. They give you a 21mg nicotine patch and 2mg nicorette gum so you'll be alright lol. 10 out of 10. Thank you all. :)

Great doctors, super nursing staff. All in all there is no better place for a fresh start. Everyone seems to care and do their job very well. I can say I don't who what I would have done without them.

The Doctor in 2022 was responsible for my significant others death due to his negligence.

If you're struggling with opiates, this is the place to go. The staff is amazing and the process is as close to pain free as I've ever experienced. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and were so encouraging. Great place. I give it 99.9 out of 100 only because they kept running out of turkey sammiches in the snack room.

Seriously... Stay Away from this place. My daughter was heavily sedated... The min they got her here. She wanted help. They strapped her and molested her !! And assaulted her while they over dosed her. She ran out of there with her garbs they make you wear and wouldn't let her have her belongings. And then said she was making this up. No . My daughter is straight up . She wanted to come here . She traveled far. She wouldn't even go back to get her belongings.. because she was in fear of them. Please Do Not used this facility. Contact me if you have any similar incidents. Thank you so obviously they just sedate you . Make you sleep. This is a crazy weird place. Stay away ! What kind of Place molest you while your strapped down .

Idk detox sucks cuz it's just the way it is but it's true-life and so sad that the epidemic of addiction is such a plague that it's hard to not be just another face.. They do the best they can for what it is. Idk it's actually luctuary compared to where a person cud have to detox. This fentynal is just the strait devil and so it's a different kind of hell....I just hope this time I can stay sober .

My experience was pleasant and comfortable. I was on opiates off and on for about 2 years. I quit a few times on my own with Suboxone but wasn't using very much at first either. I did not experience any withdrawals when I was under their care at Providence. They hit on all the withdrawal receptors using mostly benzo's. I slept mostly all day throughout the first 2 days in a quiet setting. I would recommend Providence for detox and also 2 very close friends of mine would as they went there too and had nothing but great things to say about their care. It seems like the negative reviews are based on the setting and environment in the facility and not the actual medical care and treatment provided if you ask me. They are there to help ease opiate withdrawals and get patients started on Suboxone. I don't believe they are getting paid to be on the entertainment committee. Just saying.👍👍👍👍
