Horizon is amazing! So thoughtful, caring, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable. I could go on! They have helped me tremendously. Highly recommended

Reposting this review after seeing that the first honest review I had left was taken down. I guess, if you don’t like an honest response to your god awful “treatment,” then get better at your profession and then you won’t have to worry about taking down someone’s honest assessment. Moving right along. First saw Megan and then Kelly. Megan made me more anxious than I already was, and Kelly violated my HIPPA rights. The end.

I was a patient at Horizon for just short of 4 years and I have never experienced such disregard for the well being of patient before. I was tossed around from therapist to therapist at a whim. During 4 years I saw 8 different specialists, none of witch was able to ever come up with any sort of treatment plan. I was milked for every penny I was worth only for them, after a similar negative response to a survey they put out, to close my account without ever notifying me. I only found out three weeks later when I called to have them refill one of my scripts. I have been without my medication now for weeks as I scramble to find another provider that will get me in in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is a nightmare and their billing practices would be mental gymnastics for the likes of Steven Hawking. If you have thoughts of receiving help here or are discharged here, for your well being and survival, RUN the other way.

loved my counselor and would definitely recommend Horizon for therapy sessions. would NOT recommend for med management. the psychiatrist failed to send my meds on time every month. i would call before i ran out hoping it would be at the pharmacy on time. i called my meds in over a week ago, and 5 days later, they still weren’t at the pharmacy. I’ve had constant dizziness for the last few days due to not having my medication. I called my primary and they sent the meds in immediately, and i picked them up the same day. i discontinued treatment with them because of this. doctors always talk about how dangerous it is to abruptly stop your antidepressants, so how hard is it to send medication in on time???? should not have to wait a week for medication.

Lovely place that is extremely helpful. I started seeing my provider a bit over a year ago and she has helped me so much, and I truly am doing better because of it.
