I've personally only been a patient with Evergreen Health for almost 2 years now. Dr Coleman is the very best at her profession. Most physician's I personally have been a patient to honestly did not truly care about me... As if I'm just a number on a spreadsheet. Kay is the exact opposite, she cares, honestly cares about her patients. Five Stars isn't enough a physician that treats you like family. Thank you Kay, I appreciate you.

The primary care service sucks!! I need a paper filled out for pre employment. It’s been a month and my provider Stephen Gabor still hasn’t done the paperwork. Very unprofessional provider that clearly cares about the money and not the patient.

Worst service ever. I tried calling while having an emergency and the receptionist demanded i use the patient portal instead, then hang up on me. My doctor has prescribed 2 different medication combinations that could have actually killed me. Just a few days ago I inquired about help with a loss of appetite and she prescribed ESTROGEN BLOCKERS. I told her not to and she did anyway. Picked them up thinking it was a different prescription (which should have been my ONLY prescription, had she not ordered something I told her not to). My family has also had numerous issues.

Absolutely the best around for multiple needs-especially primary care. They have a harm reduction program that I’ve heard nothing but great things about, substance abuse counseling, food pantry, etc.. and I’m pretty sure they specialize in treating people that society tends to be more harsh to and judgmental towards , def 🌈🏳️‍🌈🦄friendly . If you’re new in town and looking to get Medical treatment and not be judged or made to feel bad, go there. They won’t make you feel all weird and hesitant to seek treatment like other places do

2 woman that answer the phone are always rude like its a inconvenience that im calling my prescription in. No other problems with evergreen other then the 2 woman answering phone at the pharmacy.

Definitely used to think Therapy was pointless, till Evergreen. My mental health was at its worst 8 months ago, now I’ve progressed so much and am actually starting to get control of my life. I’ll forever be thankful I was able to get the help I needed. Their peer & counselor helped me through different ways but they both had such a positive impact. & the people at the front desk were always super welcoming & uplifting!

I have been a patient at Evergreen for several years and the only problem I can say i have had was the sadness I have felt when the Doctor or practitioner that I was seeing moved on. The entire staff are so extremely friendly and the atmosphere is never judgemental. They offer a food pantry as well as a needle program to help both those who use IV drugs stay free of diseases through shared hypodermic needles and diabetics alike by providing free insulin syringes. There's also a pharmacy right there and phlebotomists for blood draws that are very good at getting your blood quickly and painlessly. I have not encountered any one of the staff that wasn't kind and caring and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my Healthcare.
