Elevate is a carceral-style rehab focused on control, not recovery. Groups are chaotic, with clients overly medicated, nodding off, or talking over each other while facilitators do nothing. The partnership between Elevate and “Living Changes” housing feels fraudulent—they present as separate entities but operate as one under a so-called “2.5 program.” The entire setup appears designed for billing insurance rather than helping people. If you want genuine recovery, look elsewhere.

This place is disgusting. My grandson had been attending out patient therapy for two months and doing very well. When accepted, he was upfront and honest about everything to include pending charges. Two days ago, he had a set back and they put him in PHP. His court date was today and we had already been advised by his attorney all charges were being dropped. When staff was advised we would be taking him to court to have this happen, they were OK. When we're arrived at the center to pick him up. He was standing outside on the street. They told him he was being put out because of the charges even though they were being dripped. Put him on street without any of his belongings!!! How inhumane. We had to threaten police before they allowed him to retrieve his belongings. DO NOT USE ELEVATE. YOU COULD FIND YOURSELF ON THE STREET IN A HEART BEAT. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION.

I’ve been to many outpatient treatment centers, but Elevate Recovery has the most thorough and engaging curriculum of any other that I’ve seen. The facility is gorgeous and state of the art, and the Elevate Staff Members all go above and beyond to help you with either your mental illness or your substance abuse recovery (or both!). I made a lot of great connections and reseouces during my time at Elevate, and thanks to this prorgram I finally believe that I have what it takes to stay sober. The help I received here was truly unparalleled.

I have had some issues staying enrolled in their program but when I reached out for real help, wanting treatment, they denied me. I have had colleges accept my application, jobs accept my resume, I have never heard of a treatment center that denies a patient. This practice is absolutely disgusting.

I strongly endorse Elevate Recovery Center for anyone seeking assistance for themselves, friends, or family members to improve their life path. Their programs and team members are exceptionally supportive, I recommend utilizing their services.

Terrible place. Staff is trash

As a parent of a client, I was very pleased with the services and staff follow up. They were responsive to my questions as well as pleasant to work with. Communication was 2-way, open and professional. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend this program.
