Last time I went there, they misdiagnosed my separated shoulder and told me it was completely fine. This time I went to the dental clinic after waiting on hold for an hour for an emergency to be told that I at best can try making an appointment tomorrow. Thankfully the hertel dental clinic actually cared about my well being and treated me. Ecmc is a disgrace to healthcare. They have no problem billing you for mistreatment though. Update! Had to go back for a split open and broken fingerx spent 7 hours there to get an X-ray before I lost patience. You could possibly die in their care.

Absolutely incompetent doctors and interns. Been going to ECMC Internal Medicine for months now and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with me.

The psych ward seems so overwhelmed. Have seen People with real issues have to wait for days just to be treated. employees seem frustrated. As a result it is difficult for patients to interact with family members while being treated. Just trying to reach patients on the phone is difficult because the patients manage the phone and just hang up on you if its not for them. Once in, you are a prisoner and information is not shared about the patients condition due to HIPPA. Family members of patients are at the mercy of the staff and left hanging, hoping that your family member is OK. Doctors, nurses,and social workers are so shorthanded they have no time for Family members , let alone the patents. It just seems like more could be done to customize individual patient treatment programs. Get family members more involved with treatment. Make sure you have the patient sign a consent form prior to admitting so you have some rights and get updates on how they are doing. Once they are admitted , its too late.

Regardless of the reasons I went to ECMC this year the only reason I was angry about anything was when an old friend of mine (Mathew Maddocks) poisoned my spiritual material (weed) with Cocane 2021 because I attempted to perform a Holy Ritual by playing a game on it for the Illuminate thunderstorm to end COVID 19 before I was ready and lost and suffered a Snare for 4 years till I pulled myself out of it (2025) And again the staff are absolutely great people who know what they're doing like after I let my rage of words out on the phone in the waiting room I owned up to it immediately to the nurses there then I talked to some other certain staff about some certain things and got moved up to the 4th floor and was given a room with a bed and pillow after chillin, eating, and sleeping on a plastic couch in the waiting room and really made my way with the other patients as well. I started the same daily workout on the floor routine at home just yesterday after feeling so great about how I came out and such and even made a good special friend who every moment we had to catch alone with each other in the TV room we'd watch and listen to some Meditation videos and music and all and we'd talk to each other to get to know that we're very like each other inside, Except she was like the Ground Cinnamon by itself and I was the Cane Sugar but when we came together we we're both just as bittersweet as Cinnamon Sugar on buttered toast and we wouldn't express it outloud and make it too obvious to everybody that we like each other but whenever she and I were around people in RT and just enjoyed catching some me time with music we'd choose to sit within a good little distance from each other at different tables listening to music with their tablets and I'd look at her for a few minutes on and off and she'd look back at me sometimes and whenever anybody was making her feel uncomfortable I'd shadow her from the same spot I'd be sitting at and looking at the other person and her and then look away as the staff looks over everybody in the whole room and we managed great and the staff was really good and helpful even if we didn't fully realize it at 1st. And I'll give a hint about a lesson I learned about a Jesus necklace I was wearing, If you try to represent Mr Christ and the lord themselves with any negitive matter they can reflect it on you pretty harshly as I put a devilish representation in the pendant of Christ without realizing what I was doing and gave it away to the next turdy 1 I could find which was another dude from the same neighborhood I used to live at called (The Sheridan Projects) and he had a chain with no pendant so I took my pendant of Christ off my chain when I realized he and I both have found the lord in our own different ways and it was so beautiful the way things turned out between me and him and I saw the difference in his little upgrade to his Negitive personality when he put the same pendant of Christ I gave him on his chain. A religious curse of reflection to negativity has started and has been passed from patient 0 (Me and my good looking self these days) to patient 1 (Nathan Wastle) we both liked the same person too with a hudge difference that She lifted my spirit as a great friend and He just wanted to be in a relationship with her too soon and it didn't work out for him as I was the funny 1 who talked to him on the phone when he got out and he was home and gave us a call and after he made my special friend (Deyona) upset with him then called back immediately and apologized to her 1st and then I got on the phone with him after that and he apologized to me too then kept talking and I just hung up on him 🤣🤣 and I turned around and looked at her with a smile and she said *You just hang up on him that's funny 🤣🤣* and we both laughed, Continued talking to each other a little longer and then I got discharged myself on a very respectable matter and I came out with greatness 😁😁😇😇

I was absolutely miserable for 19 days in this place. The ER is positively horrible, rude nurses, no pain management at all, what aa joke. On the 6th floor, it didn't get much better. I was in horrific pain, and I was told to knock it off, stop it, and what's the issue. Seriously? I broke my femur and fractured my hip. The lack of compassion was startling. There were a few good nurses, but the bad out weighed the good. I hope that I never need to go back there, it was a nightmare. I had no idea what was going on with me, no test results, terrible communication. It really sucked there.

The Emergency Room is horrible Unprofessional behavior. Straight out of a nightmare.

I had to take my wife here due to complications with oral surgery. There was a woman in the waiting room screaming in agony that had been waiting for 6+ hours. My wife had a seizure in front of staff several times and they just stared at her and told me that she didnt. While she slammed her head on the back of her wheelchair repeatedly. She has diagnosed seizures. She was mentally inebriated and unable to speak due to the mouth pain and they would not allow me to speak for her. When I mentioned that she took a lot of pain medication for her infected root canal they treated us like druggies. We only went here because we were told they have dentists on staff. They dont. If you have an oral emergency, dont come here unless you just wanna scream in the waiting room for 5 hours and give up. Worst hospital in the area by far.
