Yo estoy muy molesta a cambiado tanto el servicio yo fui estéril por 10 años tengo condición de ovario poliquístico y útero tebil tuve 3 abortos tengo dos hijas por cesárea y mi embarazo tercero lo están tomando muy ala ligera al principio no me querían ver qué hasta las 15 semanas y después me mandaron hacer el ultrasonido por petición mía que me enoje por qué ellos ni me tomaban enserio des pues alas 22 semanas me hisieron el otro alas 28 semanas le vengo diciendo ala doctora que tengo contracciones y me duele mucho en la cirugía que es normal bueno pues nunca me a echo ni un tacto no apenas hace 3 citas me comenzó aledir el estómago no me abuelto hacer ningún ultrasonido y ya estoy en la semana 37 y y me quieren operas casia alas 40 semanas y le dije que ya no puedo ni caminar que me duele hasta la rodilla de la presión en la ingle y le digo me ban a operar de emergencia cuando me ponga con las contracciones si ya saben que va hacer cesárea y dijo que no veía una razón médica por qué la hagan antes parese ser que mi historial no importa.

Maravilloso servicio! Asistí todo mi embarazo con la doctora Yesenia Vargas y ahora que nació mi bebé asisto con la pediatra Ana saveedra y la verdad el servicio y la atención 10/10 proveedores médicos muy profesionales y atentos! El servicio afuera en recepción diría que es un 6/10 algunas chicas son amables pero otras no tanto.

Great staff and have never waited long fir my appointments, and they communicate everything to me that i need to know

Once again the Esperanza on 26th street continues to fail their patients. I was told to come in and my son would be seen right away for us to get here and them make us wait an hour or more. I go up and ask what’s going on because they said my son would be seen right away. Only to be told there’s 3 more patients infront of him when on the phone they said the Dr would see my son right away. The front lady went to go talk to the Dr and he said my son with a high fever that’s only 3 years old has to wait. I would have never came. Do not recommend Dr. Cambell or whatever his name is. Esperanza should be more professional.

Hacer cita vía telefónica puede ser un poco complicado pero el trato de las chicas de front desk, pediatra y de laboratorio fue amable y profesional.

Over 1 hour waiting, even when I had an appointment. Time to look for a different clinic.

I can’t express how grateful I am with the receptionist today. I had to do last minute physical for my daughter to get to school, I was late since I wasn’t very aware of the area. Doctor cancelled and I would have had to wait after school started for next appointment, I was clearly stressed. But the female helping me was so kind, she was looking for other places I could take her to, she called upcoming patients to see if they would make it, but it all seemed useless. At the end when I was about to walk out she reached out to me with another appointment same week. I wish I had asked her name. Either way, I’m very thankful for her help today, she is amazing!
