I have been going to Mile Square I believe since they were at The golden dome, on Central Park in Chicago. From there, I went to their facility on Washington Street in Chicago. Afterwords I continue my care at 1220 S. Woods St, I have never had a problem with this facility or any of their facilities. The wait time did become hectic after Obama care, and when they allowed the Latinos to come. This was fine with me, but the wait time they become ridiculous. I still give it five stars for my personal care. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else.

Horrific experience. Stigmatized. Epistemic Injustice. Dr Janene Berli. The intern or whatever She's called has no listening skills. I've had breathing difficulties since February and she calls it behavioral. She won't listen because stigma is her priority. I told her there's been malpractice and she insisted on seeing those records. Like an automation. I complained about breathing difficulties for 6 months and she orders a syphilis test with my wife in the room. Nothing but stigmatized.

I called this location for help regarding my friends suicidal thoughts, as we were referred here by the suicide hotline. The nurse Carmen and the front desk associate were EXTREMELY RUDE. Lacking empathy to a scared friend who is calling trying to receive help from medical professionals who are listed by the suicide hotline. NOT OKAY. DO BETTER. I will never recommend this place.

The health care staff and front desk are patient and kind they care about people. Why on earth would anyplace of caring or healing have such a rude offensive security officer greet patients!? He obviously doesn't want to be here, he keeps leaving his desk, he's unkempt and unpleasant. The patients and families deserve better. No one should have to be subjected to this toxic person yuk!!

Great service

Everything went smoothly from booking an appointment by phone to being taken care of. The waiting time is fair and the premises really clean and welcoming. The whole staff was very friendly.
