Great staff. 90% of the time I’m in and out within 5-10 minutes. There are those days where the stars align and they are short staffed and the patients just all seem to come at the same time that day and it takes a good 30 to 45 mins to get in and out.

Anyone who has been in treatment, such as myself, knows that some days are better than others. It's just the reality of the situation, but I have never found more genuine care and support than I do at this place. They're going to help pick you back up and get you back on track. Ms. Jane Ann and some of the other staff there are like family to me and I wouldn't be here without them . Recovery is hard, but if you're willing to do your part and make at least an effort, they will be there till the end ✨️

They lie and get medical records they not suppose to have will make you stay for hours without dosing you will let u stay sick and tell you to go to the hospital you most definitely will loose your job trying to dose they will take your take homes even tho you are clean just transferring I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY THAT WANTS TO DO BETTER

For the most part this treatment center isn't that bad. I dont like it When you've done everything to stay clean and receive takes homes And from a mistake on there part they get taken away. It's really discouraging, Don't get me wrong they have a upside, It would be nice if the employee turn around wasn't bad but everytime you meet your counselor start talking, open up, then you have a new one. Of course they have their policies but a new counselor every 3 months is absurd, but one thing I like is they don't make you feel like a POS Or make you feel like you're on probation!

Took them from 2019 to 2022 to find some paperwork I submitted regarding a health condition. Constantly rude employees. They do not care about you, they care about getting to lunch on time. If you're really dying and need services immediately, they try not to turn anyone away. My first day it took them 6.5 hrs to give me my first dose. Literally I was in line when the doors opened and had to stay past closing. They'll make it impossible to hold a job until you have take home doses, which could take a year or more. The security guards do more work than anyone else in the building, which leads to them becoming irritable and doing irrational things. The parking lot and the nearby intersection are a death derby
