Came here because it was supposed to be a queer-friendly establishment but despite my skin condition been recurring for 16 years, the doctor refused to acknowledge it as anything other than an STD.

So i seen my doctor 3 times now Emilia Vesper and she doesn't give 2 dams about you. I had to do a stress test and the doctor who did it put notes in for me to have a echocardiogram and asthma test. The past 3 visits I brought it up she didn't want to send a referral for them tests when they pretty important and she diagnosed me with anxiety because that what the er doctor said I possibly have she didn't really look in to that matter. I have been having really bad headaches and dizziness and and all she said was i don't what it causing it like are you gonna at least investigate it with a MRI. Here a bigger shocker she prescribed me duloxetine known as cymbalta that has been recalled because it gives you a higher risk of cancer. And might damage your vision and stomach like really seems like she trying to kill me rather than look at my problems. I will be reporting this clinic and her

I did however find it odd that when my insurance was changed, the folks at the front desk accepted my card with no question nor information that they didn't accept my insurance. I was billed repeatedly before finding this information. I was only told when I dug deeper to ask why I was being billed. Even though it was their error, I was expected to pay. This was extremely disappointing. It dropped my score from five to two.

For the most part I’ve had good experiences here that’s why I rated two stars. Just a warning don’t let them place you with DR. Emilia Vesper, I’m not sure how she got her credentials as a doctor cause she isn’t one. She doesn’t know what she is doing at all and is rude when u are concerned about ur health. Ask for a different doctor so u aren’t wasting your time with one that has zero people skills or medical skills.

I recently made my first appointment over the phone to this clinic. Whoever I was speaking to was extremely rude and it was disheartening because this is my first time making an appointment for myself for I am a young adult. Her tone was blunt, aloof and overall very rude. This phone call took place , August 21st 2025 at 3:10 pm. because this was my first time making a doctors appointment, I was confused as to what to say over the phone and she frustrated with my confusion. Making me second-guess if I should even be a client to this clinic if this is how the employees act

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Offer no assistance to the issues. Don't contact the patient about referrals. Send you to clinics that don't take this insurance. Sent me to another clinic with terrible reviews. Cannot recommend this place

DR. Emilia Vesper is rude an very unprofessional!! She walks out on the patient and doesn't finish the appointments. She asks stupid questions that doesn't have anything to do with my office visit. She is rude, inconsiderate an VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! IF YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO YOU DONT SEE HER!!!!

Today is July 10th, 2024. Waiting for 1st appt as a transfer patient from Alamosa Clinic location. In the 12 +/- yrs at Alamosa & Dr Tam, I had only two negative experiences. Bad reviews regarding reception staff seem to run from 3-5 yrs ago. Better reviews date from recent months. I'm thinking of using an Oak Street clinic and my visit w/ First Choice No Valley will decide for me.
