Primary and Co-Occurring Mental Health Treatment First City Recovery Center’s mental health stabilization program provides intensive residential care for clients needing constant supervision and crisis care. They additionally treat co-occurring addiction and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, self-harm, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Comprehensive Approach With Specialty Programs First City Recovery Center offers holistic therapies like art and music therapy, mindfulness meditation, experiential therapy, psychodrama, and journaling. They have a veterans program focusing on trauma and PTSD recovery. FCRC’s post-traumatic growth (PTG) program prioritizes resilience and stress reduction to promote independence and confidence as clients return to independent living. Clients can progress through residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient.
