I love Florida therapy. The only issue I have is their online system when you try to see a provider or counselor. It needs to be fixed so it's possible to do appts that way as well. The people are very nice, the doctors listen and they don't over drug you. I highly recommend this place.

Don't know how things used to be but I've been going here for the last year and a half, and I've had no issues. Laura has been super responsive and takes time to listen to situations before changing or increasing meds. Front desk staff have been polite and courteous, I've spoke with Marquita on a number of occasions and she has been very helpful explaining things. Even though things have gotten a little more frustrating due to Chrysalis Health taking over, the office staff do their best to mitigate those issues.

I honestly don't understand why all the bad reviews I did noticed there all older reviews but I have no issues with this place.ive been going here for a year there extremely nice the Dr takes the time to actually hear what you gotta say. They explained things to the point I understand stand without making me feel like an idiot for asking. I have had multiple Drs over the years of me going to places like this this place ranks pretty good compared to the others.

The new company that took over is Horrible, they dont care about your health at all, I was with them for 3 years until these people took over I left, they ignore your calls for weeks and all faxes from your pharmacy for refills. Don't go there bad news.

Don't recommend this place!!! They have never met me and have told my husband that I'm nothing but a narcissist manipulator how can they tell him anything without even meeting me. Judging me when I'm not there to defend myself

Started going here for about a year now. Ever since I’ve been with APRN Kim I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Not to mention I’m always able to be seen early in the mornings or on my lunch breaks which makes the appt so convenient with my work schedule.
