In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

Greenhill has changed my life, Jake, Deana , and Erin, are heaven sent. I don’t know where my life would be if greenhill gave up on me. Throughout so many trials and tribulations, I knew I always had an outlet to seek help. It’s not just their job, it’s their passion, they care, and love you until you can love and care about yourself. So incredibly blessed to have been apart of this program. Really the greatest foundation of peer interaction and tools to use in your life during recovery. Owe them my life.

Green Hill's billing is a disaster. It's been 5 months since my son last attended Green Hill's IOP and I'm STILL trying to get the billing sorted out. I've spoken with five different people including one of the owners. I've sent emails. I've received many assurances/promises that the errors would be corrected, but then hear nothing but crickets and I'm left to call/email yet again. Overall my son's experience was good, however there is little to no extended family support. We were told that my son's girlfriend would be part of their 'partners' group. Turns out, there is no partners group because my son was the only person with a partner. We were told that there are family sessions. Turns out there is a 'Mothers support group' which is NOT lead by a Green Hill therapist and was really just 3-5 women moaning about sons' behaviours. Oddly, over half of the women in the mothers group had son's who had been in the program for several years.... not at all an optimistic encounter for the newcomers.
