Strategically located in downtown Rochester and just 6.1 miles from Sky Dive New England, the facility offers accessible outpatient care for opioid use disorder. Since 2014, it has delivered comprehensive support through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), using FDA-approved suboxone to ease withdrawal symptoms and curb cravings, alongside weekly group therapy. The facility operates Monday through Thursday and remains closed Friday to Sunday. Supportive Care Rooted in Proven Methods Patients receive evidence-based care, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. These approaches address trauma, anger management, and relapse prevention to promote emotional stability and long-term recovery. Services also include substance use education, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and sign language support for the deaf and hard of hearing.
