Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Have not been a patient here for many years. They are still accessing my patient records and refusing to delete history and MyChart. I am contacting the State Attorney General. Consent has been revoked and they are still violating HIPAA daily with regards to my information.

I have seen four different providers at Harborview Family Medicine Clinic. Three of them were residents and two of them are not. I liked all the residents, even though there were some mix-ups with my medications when I first transferred to the clinic. I wasn't thrilled with one of the doctors who is there permanently, rather than being a resident. She was dismissive and her opinion was wrong. I told her that another provider elsewhere had already diagnosed what I had on my eyelid and she insisted that it was a skin tag. It wasn't. It’s now gone away on its own. Do skin tags go away? No. My current provider is a nurse practitioner and she's wonderful! So knowledgeable, thorough. She pays attention to details. So supportive and overall a lovely human. The from desk staff and MAs are nice and welcome too. I'm giving five stars because my overall experience is good and this clinic deserves it.

If you want excellent health and medical services, UW's Harborview FAMILY Medicine Clinic at 401 Broadway is the "one-stop, all you need" Clinic to visit. From the Physicians such as Dr. Reise Sample to RN Roland & RN Rachel Pryor to Supervisor Dolores Jones to the HMC Pharmacy staff of Dr. Carrie Yuan, Susan Fry and the rest of the team, my ONGOING treatments they are always top notch. Whether it is ongoing healthcare needs or urgent matters, the HMC Harborview FAMILY Medicine Clinic at 401 Broadway in Seattle's First Hill District covers the entire spectrum of superb services with excellent courtesy and attention. This is specifically the FAMILY Medicine Clinic at 401 Broadway and not the UW Harborview Center at 325 E. Jefferson Street location. As a patient with several ongoing medical conditions that need addressing periodically throughout each year for decades of my life, all of my medical needs here are always met with care and support that literally deserves some kind of Award from some type of Medical Organization that rates well-operated facilities and institutes such as this one. Much praise to this Clinic and all of their help from each and every staff member there. Congratulations to this team.

$400 for an ear cleaning. I had my ear plugged with wax so I called to make an appointment. It only took about 45 minutes total to take a syringe with warm water and a couple drops of hydrochloric acid to flush out my ears. Then in the following weeks I was charged $150 for a “physician’s fee” and another $228 for the “medical procedure”. It says online WITHOUT INSURANCE this should only cost maybe $100 and even less with insurance(which I have). I am livid and will never be going back here again and don’t suggest anyone to do so either, or at least explain up front the cost.

I go here for therapy and medication, everyone I'd always nice and they take my insurance. Very helpful.
