the staff are decent they actually treat people with respect for the most part. I would like to thank one of the case workers Kim because she's just such a down to earth person who gets it. She's constantly going out of her way to help people. She's not even my counselor but I brought up a issue I was having and with no hesitation at all she offered to help. People like her are very rare especially in those Kind of places. As a matter of fact the reason im writing this review for her is because today she literally ran out the door and legit started running and screaming my name up the street. Talk about going above and beyond. I offerd to buy her a coffee but she couldn't accept it. Again when you find someone genuine like that you must celebrate them and appreciate them because they're few and far in between.

The staff are very very nice and helpful. The nurses are great and the counselors are so helpful. I have Mrs. Davis and she is amazing, as many of the staff . They've helped me so much more than they know.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

Not worth a bother Doctor who’s in charge of the methadone is always on vacation, She will gladly raise your dose to 200Mg + and refuses any split dosing unless you are a pregnant female. She will do a bullshit test and tell you that your metabolizing it fine and don’t need an the split dosing even though by 5pm I’m in withdrawals and have to resort to using fentanyl to not be sick. Which is the whole point behind split dosing/MAT So people don’t have to keep using. She would much rather you keep using than to split dose, after all “we have plenty of patients who dose in the morning and still use, so if that’s what you have to do” verbatim. Shitty clinic that doesn’t care about your sobriety. Only come to this clinic if you just want your morning methadone and than dip, aside from that there is 0 recovery in this building, and a doctor who’s constantly taking vacations and could care less if you die tomorrow. Doctor has no knowledge of pharmacology or substance use/abuse. All around useless, if you want to be on dope and methadone, this is a great place to start. I update this review every 3-6 months depending on how well or bad they’ve been treating patients. As of Dec. 23, 2024 I can say nothing has changed and I’ve been in this clinic since it was CSAC like 6-7 years ago. Things I’ve noticed since than -Nurses will not dose you if you look tired or didn’t get sleep, they will say you are under the influence and take you out the system till they access you twice (sitting in front of a nurse) urine you (which most people who don’t get dosed end up using because for “some” people it doesn’t last 24 hours much less 48 hours like they say (some people can tolerate not dosing 2-3 days) So the Urine doesn’t prove nothing just a masshealth scam to get money for your bodily fluids, kinda creepy. Doctor continues to make up rules (I’ve read the federal guidelines and state guidelines)nothing she has told me till this day is true. She has her own agenda, probably hired by the company to come in once or twice a week to approve dose increases and deny everything else. -Nurses are amazing I personally never had a problem with them and consider them great people and very friendly. -Counselors are great and will look for the best for you. -Front desk is a little chaotic at times but they do what they can with the tools given to them. The NPs, I actually don’t think I ever met a bad NP anywhere on earth, Gods angels and one the few people who will try to fight for you. Love the NPs here.

The Government drug dealers. This place should be shut down. Allows dealers to hang around giving out drug samples when you walk out of place. They constantly tell you to keep going up and up on dose when you should be weaned off after a while I used the whole time going for 5 years dirty urines every week but they keep dosing me anyways. People walk in like zombies and they still dose them. All about the money. Not trying to help anyone. Nobody gets off of it. They just Keep you on it. Forever and ever The 50yr high my grandma calls this place. She’s right. Places need to be closed. And I’m still going there trying to wean myself off but they make it hard doctor never approves to go down to much never there to approve a dose reduction but let you go up any time Crazy how they get away with this The Governments Drug Dealers. Period

This place saved my life , i been going here for 7 years , great nurses , very wonderful Director, and i have the best counselor always on top of anything i need Donna ..If you want another chance in treatment give your self a chance with them !!!

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment. But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.

I've been a client for 12 yrs and it is much more pleasant now that the head nurse has moved on to a different job . He seemed to get a joy when patients received bad news . Such as loosing take homes for example. Very hard person to communicate with. But someone must have seen that in the head staff for he is not there anymore. Thank you
