Two men there are very unprofessional all they want is money too lenient they track you on a Life360 app.. They don’t abide by the strike program rule they set forth..run away if you are looking for real help this is not the place but if you want a place where you can manipulate the system all the freedom you want this is it

The Trek program changed my life! I love the staff, the therapist and they truly care about your recovery! I took so much away from HQ that I’m now giving back by mentoring. Troy and Melissa have done an amazing job and the support care that they have for the spouses was huge during that dark season. THANK YOU HQ!!

RUN—don’t walk, but RUN away from Hope Quest (HQ). A lifelong friend of mine recently faced significant challenges and unfortunately ended up at HQ, where I was invited to participate in Family Day. Before attending, I sought advice from a trusted psychologist, and her immediate response when I mentioned HQ was, “Hope Quest is a total disaster” which turned out to be an understatement. I cannot strongly enough advise against seeking treatment at HQ or allowing anyone you care about to do so. Here are just a few of the concerning issues we encountered: 1. Unprofessional Behavior The CEO, Troy Haas, made inappropriate remarks, jumping between personal stories about his family and troubling anecdotes that were wildly out of place in a professional setting. Additionally, staff member Phil Mitchell was difficult to relate to, lacked credibility, and raised further concerns due to his behavior. These instances only scratched the surface of the problems we observed within the staff. 2. Questionable Treatment Practices HQ’s treatment approach involved humiliating public confessions from patients, which was uncomfortable for everyone involved and hardly seemed therapeutic. There was also evidence of unsafe practices, including the mishandling of medication and insufficient safeguards for vulnerable patients. 3. Lack of Compassion for Families HQ ignored requests supported by psychological best practices to allow contact between patients and their young children, demonstrating an overall lack of empathy and understanding. These concerns only deepened as our experience unfolded. 4. Inconsistent Claims The center claimed they could “heal” certain behaviors, but the results were questionable at best, with many patients reportedly continuing the same lifestyles after treatment. 5. Financial Mismanagement Our loved one was removed from the program halfway through, yet HQ kept the $10,000 payment with little explanation, a troubling practice we found was not uncommon after further investigation. In summary, while the campus may look appealing, the staff’s lack of professionalism, compassion, and expertise far outweigh any positives. Our loved one ultimately had a much better experience at a different center, No Longer Bound, where they received compassionate and professional care. By posting this review, I confirm that the opinions expressed are solely my own and based on my personal experience. Readers should conduct their own research before making decisions.

Really grateful for my time at Hope Quest. Everyone was so professional, caring, kind, and loving. Christ is at the center of the program! Georgia is an executive chef and makes the best meals! Troy and Melissa have the biggest hearts and were instrumental in helping heal my marriage. Wayne and his dog Toby are the best therapists on campus! Grateful for all of the RT’s, therapists, mentors, Pastor B and staff! Changed my life and honestly saved my life! You will never regret your decision to become a healthier you. Love this place, it’s sacred ground!

The support I received as the wife of an addict was incredible! Changed my life with the help of the women's Journey group for spouses of sex addicts. As the wife, I felt alone and like I was drowning every single day. Journey group saved my sanity. Highly recommend this program if you are married.

This facility saved my life. This facility has powerful information and quality Care and structure that will help you thrive. I had an amazing life changing therapist and meaningful relationships with the staff members here. Also there's literally a chef in the middle of the house that makes you a variety of fresh meals on a daily basis. Amen
