Left a couple voicemail messages for a case worker, TRAVIS. The woman who answered the phone said she was leaving him an email as well. Still no reply or response from him. With this kind of attention people are certainly not getting the support they need.

I want to share that my husband has been struggling with alcohol and came to see Sophia, he still has struggles but she has gone above and beyond to be there every way that she can. Her supervisor even stopped to help, I am extremely impressed by how attentive and compassionate they have been. Thank you again for being amazing and caring when you don’t have to.

PLEASE read each review because they ARE ALL CORRECT. I went to them in hopes of help and they seemed like they did at first. The show up when ever they please .... last minute house visits. And when you tell them MONTHS in advance your situation they WAIT till you're in that situation to even reach out and go how can I help. One day these people who claim they care about others will do their job and not just for the money.

They are definitely committed to acting like they care about people. Unfortunately for them it's all about Nice words over actions. They are less interested in helping patients and more interested in obscure ridiculous over-enforced policies. On top of that, if you look at the ratings they have, they are clearly not interested in improving. Shame on a place like this that is supposed to help people and ends up having this many bad reviews. Long story short, they are not interested in helping people. They are interested in pretending like they're willing to help people and then kicking them to the curb.

I was wondering why they had such low ratings.. now I know..the worst drs office I have ever been too.. can’t even get prescriptions right

Honestly am not happy with this place, and will probably end up switching. The receptionists are polite and professional, but the PA I was seeing was most certainly not. Hopefully they hire someone more qualified for the job.

the appt scheduling is through an off site call center & they will leave you on hold for an hour no cares in the world. fiancé was just trying to get a prescription refilled through his provider and did not have any direct number.
