Our case worker through HRT has improved my outlook with HRT. After bering with them for a few years I am giving them 4 stars. They offered further training and education that we required. Additionaly they have been understanding of difficult situations that have been presented to us and have had to navigate as foster parents.

If you have a choice avoid this place. Rehonin the supervisor a big lady chased after my daughter's age 2&5 fell and scared my daughter to the point she was absolutely terrified while I was in a room waiting for them.. The same rehonin banged repeatedly on a table and screamed at me to put a mask on while I was eating with my daughter's in the middle of our visit . I had to ask her to not be rude or mean to my children or myself and after that they would no longer accommodate us. No accountability morals or integrity. Make sure documentation is accurate. Ask court for supena to receive copy's. Profiting from children and parents going through separation while causing a negative experience for parents and children is unacceptable

I’m disappointed to have found out that they were letting my children come in contact with the other parents family and not stoping it immediately. Other parent was also having inappropriate conversations with my children about future parenting time which is not the case. This is completely unprofessional and goes against their own policies and procedures.

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. For starters they are extremely unreliable. They will cancel a visit at the last second, then blame it on the parents even if you have proof they don't care. Nothing is confidential like they say. I had an employee that told me about everything on like 8 different cases. Stuff that should have never been mentioned. All the supervisors are all on different pages, so everything is always getting mixed up. They are not there to help you with your case/parenting, but they will say they are there to help return the kids and better you parenting but they will just judge you and force their parenting style onto you. This company is, unprofessional, unreliable, and most of all untruthful!!!

Tremendously irresponsible and unprofessional. Impossible to either get a hold of anyone or consistently make appointments. Do not realize the damage their actions do to young kids. Supervisors are calloused, mean, and unempathetic. Be advised to avoid like the plague. If you bring up a concern they will in turn threaten to make trouble with the court and your custody. My son showed up for a visitation with a black eye. They not only didn’t immediately report the issue to DCS but attempted to criticize me when I pushed the matter. Extremely vindictive and not there for their clients.
