For a place being called Idea-they sure as hell don’t have any idea what they are doing.. These offices are so unorganized and not helpful. Say you missed a payment when I have all the receipts to prove it, make you pay for books you don’t even use. For DUI classes use a different therapy group. Classes may be cheaper else where too. Abbey is the only one is made my 43 therapy classes easy going, she helped me with my probation questions and bent over backwards to push my receipts through, while everyone else in the office just wants to make up lies and take more money from you. Keep all your paperwork’s !!

I was very happy to be discharged from this facility. It interfered highly with my schedule but I made it work. Whether they return my money is another matter even if they don’t, no hard feelings. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Good luck to all the rest. Peace ✌️

Don't waste your time or money here, not only did the staff discharge without giving proper notice. The counselor literally lied to my face about speaking to my probation officer. They are super lucrative and shady.

Doing UA's here is ridiculous because the guy is always late

Yami always great this location is very fast and efficient for UAs also love the fact they let me take my little girl inside as most places I’ve been too do not. Highly recommend this idea location !

the counselors here are incompetent at their jobs, you have to constantly remind them to communicate with probation officers and they still don’t. The front desk staff are genuinely nice and good at customer service. If you’re looking for somewhere with professional counselors seek treatment somewhere else.

Thought this place was awesome when Peggy was here. Went in again and had a horrible experience where I left incredibly upset. I was told I did not write down the right type of goals for their program to get in. When I asked if “we” (meaning me and the intake woman in the room asking me questions) could write something else, she accused me of trying to have her write it for me? I wasn’t trying to have her write it for me but I thought we were working through it together… guess not. I also talked about my experience which was asked of me and she told me that I wasn’t going to pass class if I didn’t say and do the right things. Like aren’t you supposed to HELP me get the correct understanding/education of things? Why is my entry dependent on what Im writing down for treatment goals BEFORE treatment? If I already knew the goals and issues, why would I be going through a treatment to teach me these things? If you’re looking for people who know their stuff and take mental health seriously- go literally anywhere but here.

This place is a joke. Don’t come here if you genuinely need or want help. They will waste your time and make the process way more difficult than it needs to be.
