In a warm, structured home setting, adolescent girls ages 12–18 find refuge and support as they work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex mental health challenges. With residential, day treatment (PHP), and outpatient care available, each path is thoughtfully shaped by clinical needs and funding. The secure 16-bed residential facility fosters safety, stability, and the first steps toward lasting recovery. Therapies That Strengthen Mind, Body, and Growth The program delivers evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), equine-assisted therapy, family systems therapy, expressive arts, music therapy, and psychodrama. Holistic services include trauma-informed yoga, art therapy, and adventure-based therapy involving hiking, canoeing, and climbing. Each day reinforces mindfulness, emotional regulation, and academic engagement to support clinical and developmental progress. Daily Living That Nourishes Growth and Connection Meals are thoughtfully prepared by a licensed chef, supporting both physical health and emotional well-being. Weekly cooking classes build essential life skills while exploring nutrition and culture. Academic needs are met through a year-round, accredited program with small classes, credit recovery, and field trips. With therapy dogs, outdoor recreation, creative spaces, and family therapy, students develop resilience, connection, and confidence.
