Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

I went to the Adult Intensive Outpatient group therapy at Branches Spokane because my therapist recommended I try. It required me to go for three hours, three days a week. I went one time and will never go back. The group consisted of 4 people in-person, 8 people on Zoom (none of them had their video on so who knows who was listening in), the therapist and an intern. For the first hour we went around and did a self-evaluation about our depression, anxiety, hours of sleep, med intake, and risk of self-harm. No one but the therapist paid any attention to each other’s answers. One participant was on his phone the whole time and another participant was coloring the entire time…who knows what people on Zoom were doing. For the rest of the time the therapist read a handout verbatim. There was little to no group discussion. I called the therapist the next day to let her know I wouldn’t be returning. She didn’t ask why or for any feedback. A little over a month later I got a call from Jamie the Financial Counselor (who was super friendly and helpful). She said I owed $345 for the session. I asked her to double check I wasn’t billed for multiple sessions and she confirmed. She added that without insurance a single three hour session is $900. This is ridiculous. Branches is a scam, do not go.

Better than jails without also taking into consideration they assumed I was a veteran and asked me between 500 and 600 veteran questions and my mood score dropped to less than half and they did racism on me and they took my firearms away.

Was in the adolescent ward. Most of staff was rude, irritable. Constant yelling and screaming in there and staff wasn’t much help. Food is horrible. It feels like a prison in there and that my rights were stripped away. I was not able to get ahold of my psychiatrist at all. They did not answer my parents calls asking questions that they had for my care.

I had my daughter sent here and the put a mental health hold on her . After that 5 day hold my daughter manipulated her way out of the facility and now she’s back in another mental health facility due to the lack of listening to me . I know my daughter better than anyone and no one listened to me that she will lie to get out of getting the help she needs . She’s suicidal and she needed the help while she was there and you guys failed my daughter . Now she’s back in another mental health facility because you guys didn’t listen to me .

I went here when I was 17, all the way from the Seattle area. The doctor I had lacked empathy, and I didn’t feel cared for one bit. This place felt more like a prison than anything. I acted out because I was in a crisis, and the staff had me apologize to every single person on the floor at once. I can’t even explain how wrong that is, to forcibly be embarrassed and shamed in front of so many people. This place left me feeling worse, and I find their actions to be horrendous towards struggling children.
